I have been shipping Lure for a few months now, but to see them today...my heart was melting. They were almost their old selves. Adorable and flirty. Now if they had been writing Noah like this before, I would have had a hard time giving up on them. I love both couples! There I admit it!!!
They were different things Noah was the boy who Luke fell in love with. But everything they did Luke was dragging Noah along kicking and fighting. But with Reid he unapologetically saw how great Luke was and was the man who truly loved him back. Different dynamic. By the time Noah realized that he needed Luke another man was fighting for Luke. The moment for them had passed. It was sad but it was life. Glad LuRe got together. Unfortunately, Reid's tragic death gives Noah may get another chance to prove what he learned about love.
LuRe all the way. With Noah, Luke was always apologizing for everything when Noah should have apologized too and Luke always got the blame for everything. I mean seriously Luke didn't tell Noah to mess with fireworks he did that on his own but instead Noah blames Luke for it like always in their relationship. With Reid, Luke is stronger and both call each other out. Plus there is more chemistry with LuRe than there ever was with Nuke.
Although I think that Reid is the best for Luke right now, he and Noah talking in the beginning was really sweet, and a great testament to what they once had. For people who said that they never had chemistry as a couple, they definitely do.
@lvdon380 There is no such thing as "switch", we don't switch; we simply appreciate the warmth of the pure, natural, and mature love that Luke and Reid give us.
I love both? I don't know, it's just.... I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE LuRe. There's no better chemistry than those two on this entire show! But Nuke is so... well, I'm used to them you know. Though LuRe is hotter, I'll give you that.

Luke and Noah are meant to be. THEY'RE LUKE AND NOAH!!! Power couple. Nuke. I dont hate Reid Oliver, i just dont like him with Luke cuz for me it will alwayz be about Luke and Noah. I mean, yea, they fought, but wht couple doesnt? They ALWAYZ ended up bak together nd i think tht if the show hadnt ended they would have ended up together again. They should totally make a mini series for them. I'm not trying to disrespect and Lure fans or anything, i just dont like Luke nd Reid together. NUKE 4EVER
NOAH is finally back, awesome! He came back sexier but what? No hugs or kisses? Either ATWT is either homophobic or JS is trying to strategically distance himself from a gay role. Why?

I loved seeing Noahs heart break while Luke was telling him it was serious. Poor Luke got put through the ringer and deserved a real man to love him.
I loved seeing Noah realize that his assumptions that "Luke would always come back to him" were delusional. Go LuRe!

@@mlorocker yup. I can't watch the very ending scenes. I did when the aired, but no more. I prefer the fanfic endings.

I was never a fan of Luke and Noah, but those were some great scenes and great writing material, especially "...what was best not what was last..."
