I sort of agree. A spring mattress should not have this soft top layer anyway, which shows this company don't quiet know what they're doing. This is meant to fool idiots who have only owned coir crap and have been using same one for 2 decades. They see anything soft and a bit bouncy and think "this is 5-star". Just buy a good quality single Bonnell spring mattress and a high quality topper and high thread count sheets ffs. It's not rocket science lol.

I brought this mattress after seeing all the reviews and comments. Now me and my wife is having back pain after using it for 1 month. When contacted customer service they are telling that is how it is, it came as a surprise . All their trial policies and warranties are fake. They will contact you and tell all good things for selling the mattress and dump their substandard product on you. the mattress used very low quality springs. Go for standard brands instead of using this fake product.

We use AC in summer. No idea without AC.

This really helped me a lot to reduce back pain and I didn’t feel sleeping disturbance. My genuine opinion is yes, you can use it.
