Wow, absolutely gorgeous cards. My favourite is the navy and silver card, that silver ink is stunning, and definitely on my shopping list for the new year xx
The silver ink is stunning! I absolutely love it. Thank you so much for watching and taking the time to leave me a comment ☺️ I really appreciate it ☺️ have a great wekeend!
I love everything about this video. Where can I purchase the ink , the ink pad, and the embossing heater? Can you give the brand of these items, that you would suggest please? Thank you
@@nancyvickers5366 hi Nancy! Thank you so much for watching and taking the time to leave me a comment ☺️ all of the products are linked in the description box below the video but if you let me know where you're based UK/USA/Australia etc then I can send the appropriate links for you or you can search the products yourself. I used Lisa Horton Interference Ink Mermaid Lagoon, Lisa Horton Metallic Inks in Silver and Bronze. My heat tool is from WOW embossing and it is a great heat tool as it has 2 settings so you can use it to heat emboss and dry mediums etc.
Very beautiful cards Laura! So elegant! That sweet pea embossing folder is on my list too! It’s so pretty! Thank you so much for sharing! Definitely going to give this technique a try!
Thank you so much for watching and taking the time to leave me a comment ☺️ I love that embossing folder too. I'm sure it will be featuring in a few more videos too 🙂
Laura, So very beautiful!! I did not realize that I could use my color cardstock with those inks!! That is amazing!! I think the blue with the sliver is my favorite!! Hope you have an amazing weekend!!

4 absolutely gorgeous cards Laura, your pairing of the card stock and ink colours are perfect and I love how you let the embossing folder take centre stage. Thank you for sharing. ❤😘
Thank you so much! I love that embossing folder and I love how simple it is to completely change the look. Thank you so much for watching and taking the time to leave me a comment ☺️ I really appreciate it!
Beautiful!! Must try the foam blender as my pad to paper often gives me ink where I don’t want it! It’s a tie between the blue and the black cards as a favorite, but really love them all. Thanks for the great tips! 🧑🏼🎨😀
Thank you so much! So glad you liked them ☺️ yes pad to paper gives me mixed results too! You can always use a brayer if you have one but I really liked using my foam blenders. Felt they worked really well. Thank you for watching and taking the time to leave me a comment too ☺️ I really appreciate it! Have a great weekend ☺️
You definitely could use a brayer if you have one..sadly mine is covered in acrylic paint and I use if for gel printing only. But a brayer would give great results. One day I'll invest in one for ink lol thank you so much for watching and taking the time to leave me a comment ☺️ I really appreciate it ☺️ and so glad you liked the finished card!
Beautiful cards. Have you tried applying the ink to the folder? I have done that to the opposite side where it colors the background and the design is color of cardstock. I'm sure you have Lol. Thanks for Sharing.
Thank you so much for watching and taking the time to leave me a comment ☺️ I have tried that technique and it gives a lovely effect too! I love how versatile embossing folders are ☺️
Thank you so much for watching Amy ☺️ so glad you liked them. No fixative or embossing needing but you need to be sure to let them dry as they do take a while. 🙂

Beautiful cards. I haven't used the Lisa Horton metallic pigments before. Do they rub off or smear without a fixative or being coated in embossing?
