Hailing from Monterrey, Mexico, the trio of sisters - Daniela "Dany“ (vocals, guitars, piano), Paulina "Pau" (drums, vocals, piano) and Alejandra "Ale" Villarreal (bass, piano, backing vocals) - erupt with mind-blowing riffs, unpredictable, stadium-filling rhythms and infectious vocals.
Their most recent album Error was released on June 24 2022.

Goddess of Thunder! I like that. It's appropriate for Ale playing the bass. This is the first time I've heard Ale sing. Her voice didn't seem as strong as the other two band members but maybe her microphone just needed to be turned up. I'm not a sound engineer so I don't really know. If she is not experienced singing she undoubtedly will be nervous and that has a tendency to tighten up the voice. I sang a lot in my high school choir and a few singing groups after high school.
But Kudos for Ale getting on stage and singing. It can be very scary. There were moments when I could clearly hear her and she sounded just fine. I hope she continues to sing. It will be a confidence builder and she will become even better. I've seen a lot of bands over the years. And I'm very impressed with you ladies. You are solid musicians. You have demonstrated creative song writing. And you command a stage like no other band I've seen in a long time. And you all are so young! I think you have a very bright future in the music world. Best wishes.

Ale needs to leave behind the ghost of the famous “stage fright” she seems a little bit nervous whenever she sings, but is nice seeing Ale on the lead.

@@kimberlygaeta7205and I think this song is played out of standart tune, people with perfect pitch and also Ale says that play out of the standart makes them crazy, you know, she put the finger on the string and play it but the note that she normally hears is half step lower or something like that!
I don’t ever recall hearing anyone, including Ale, say she has perfect singing pitch.
Far from it. She has admitted that one of the reasons she doesn’t like to sing lead is because she feels like she can go flat or sharp when she “pushes” her vocals to be louder.
I have heard Pau say that Ale has perfect pitch recognition which is far different from singing perfectly in pitch at all times.
Pau has also said that Ale is “their” human metronome. That doesn’t mean Ale doesn’t ever get out of time rather she is the one who has the best natural timing.
IMO, Ale could develop into a solid lead vocalist but only if she choses to and that doesn’t really seem to be on her radar as of right now.
@@mjc1389 People misunderstand perfect pitch. It doesn't mean you can sing any note perfectly. It means you can hear a note and immediately know what note it is. She hears every single wrong note she sings. That's probably one of the reasons she doesn't like doing it.
Incredible! Ale can make her voice sound exactly like Dany, if she distances the mic correctly, pronounces clearly and projects assertively.

It's a genuine pity that the rare takes with Ale on vocals are rarely very good sound quality. No shade intended, it's amazing to hear this at all.
Even so, I'd love to hear a collection of songs with Ale on vocals. It's not that she is "better" than Dany at lead vocals, but she does such a good job of filling in for Dany on a song like this.
This will the last time they will play here need a much bigger venue with working air conditioning
It's the lights. They're basically heat lamps that slowly warm you up more and more the longer you're under them. Combine that with the physical exertion of performing, and yeah. You're gonna sweat. Especially Pau being on the drums which is why she got it the worst. So any AC they had would do nothing to combat the heat from the lights.

It's a Manson, Matt Bellamy gave it to her towards the end of their support of muse over here in the UK. Wasn't as ceremonious as when Lzzy gave her the explorerbird

Dany's voice must have needed a rest during this part of their tour. Also, the stage in this venue was very hot. You can see all of them drenched in sweat and at the very end of the show, Dany kinda collapsed on the stage from exhaustion before Pau helped her up.
You can tell by the look on the faces of Dani and Pau how proud they are of their little SiS when she takes over vocal duties.

It's partly the mic gain setting and partly just her more quiet voice as compared to her sisters
