I don’t understand this thing at all. Watching videos is not helping me either. I just paid 60 bucks for it and it’s useless to me bcuz I can’t understand it at all. So I’m a just put it away and hope that someone can show me how to work it in person. I just want something simple to shoot video outdoors. I’ll try a plain selfie stick and see if I can work that.
My Gimbal was regularly charged and I had also managed to charge it up when the power was dead. However, without warning my Gimbal lost all it's power and won't charge up. I tried different leads and power sockets and it still won't switch on or charge up, even when plugged in...has anyone had a similar problem or any further advice please? thanks, Mike

I just got the c11.. it will not balance with my S1+ no matter how many times I tried. Then the app.. the app downloaded but would not open, it required the update. I tried to update but my phone refused to download the update saying it was a dangerous app and will not download it. My phone would not link to the gimbal.

Ok You could not bring the ZY Play to run. Why you don't use another Phone? The Software on the phone is helpful. and it 's worth to be introduced to your fans. Because , in my eyes, it is a good combination Gimbal and software. I was missing the operation in your video. To explain for minutes how the phone has to be moved to bring it in balance is ade for headless people. A couple of words with a bit of action with the screws, and it would solved. I am a Gimbal beginner, but what you explained was after 3 min of 'playing with that device clear. The real problems appear with the software. But in that case nothing. Bad luck.
My C11 in ZY Play app with Huawei Mate 20 Lite makes the timelapse videos in 176x144 pixels. This is very bad quality. The normal videos resolution is ok, but timelapse's not. Have you idea?

Great video! Mine was refurbished with no operators manual so very helpful. The gimbal is great so far with no apparent wear or scratches. However, NO tripod can you add a link in description for the correct tripod? Thank you!
I set up the balancing in the off mode and have it level, turn on the Gimbal and as you're looking at the phone screen I'm getting a slight tilt to the left, it doesn't seem to compensate it either so the videos record with this slight tilt to the left...I've tried it with two mobiles and getting the same problem. I can't connect to the App either... When you use the wide angle lens the edge of the pivot is shown, which was unexpected and very annoying so you have to shoot in normal mode.... please can you help...much appreciated
im interested in purchasing this product. in reference to the balancing, can I use my iphone off center for the widescreen lens, so the gimble doesnt show in my vids? thanks
Marco Bernacchioni Try find a “flat” charging port might work? Those ports that has a 90 degree turn suppose to take less space. Or maybe put on a charging case?

Greetings. I recently purchased a Cinepper C11 to be used with a Redmi Note 9S. I have been happy with my choice, but one thing is bothering me. I can't set the resolution to 1080 at 60fps, only at 30fps. Is it a software limitation, since Redmi Note 9S makes recordings at 60fps? Thanks for any help.
@@stivooo, yes I think! One thing I already realized, I can be wrong, is that this gimbal was made for iphones, since it has smaller dimensions and from what I saw, the software for ios is better developed. (I don't speak English, forgive me.)

It's realy good gimbal for price, but it's app is not compatible with some phones. For example, it is not compatible with my redmi 7a.
