You can also dab or soak in coffee or tea, then bake in the oven at a low temperature to dry them out. It will give a cool texture as the paper wrinkles and warps from being dried rapidly.

In my campaign I had a secret order, that has a talisman of a unicorn head made of amethyst. So I printer off a model that matched, made a mold and made a resin version of the talisman using colored inks and gels, etc, and handed it to my players. Another take for the item cards.
I use tcg clear sleeves instead of laminating. It saves time, cards can be re done if there is an error and Most importantly, if there is a cursed item I can print card and back seperately and have a "good" side to gove to Players and a "real" side with the curse to be swapped around

Little something to boost those potion vials. A bit of red tinted resin in the bottom will both make them sit in the holder a bit better and offer them a bit more weight. Doing so also fills a bit of the visual space when they are sitting on the table.

Craft stores are the best for this as long as your players have some imagination and reasonable standards. A bit of felt or craft foam cut into vague shapes goes a long way for terrain and is highly reusable but also easy to replace so you don't need the same shapes over and over and over.
The fun is always just going through a store and thinking "what can i make with any of this", give yourself $20 and find some tools or material that you can get the most variety value out of. Rarely do you need anything hyper specific, so you can get so much stuff to put on a table to play with by not requiring high amounts of detail or specificity. You don't need the wall to be to scale, you just need a vertical thing on the table and say "this is 10 feet high even though your mini can see over it"

I also make cards with downloaded illustrations for class/racial abilities with limited uses, like Rage, Action Surge, Wild Shape, etc. When the player uses the ability, we don't need to mark it on their character sheet or anything, they just hand over one of their cards. After a short/long rest, I give them back their cards. I have an extensive design background, so I love making this type of stuff for our campaigns.

I've, recently, found it's rather easy to find a laser cutter/etcher that's either free to use or cheap. One of the coolest props that I've used at the table was a 2'x2' leather map of the area the campaign was in. It was a thing that was always available on the table for two and a half years there and is now framed on the wall...
It wasn't an extremely detailed map of the type you'd think with things like the big, detailed sword coast one or similar, it's a more rustic looking one with roughed up edges and some wear from the time used, and looks like something you might find in a world and one that would be of use in a more rugged region where there's a lot of things that might destroy a paper or similar map.

Obviously depends on the setting but it can be used as a good way to introduce some political or general knowledge. It could include the weather, political stuff, new shops that have opened, ads that ask for weird errands... whatever you want!
