when ever you eat buryani at a fancy resturant, the main thing to focus is the RAITA. if it's thick then taste it a bit. It shouldnt be sour, just perfect. then add water in it and made it watery, then pour it on the buryani and eat with hands. The only way to eat rice is by hand.
