Yeah that took a bit O.o but it's an interesting game concept...That happened a lot in my halo invisible sniper matches when I picked the biggest maps...try looking for a couple of twisted light pixels in a frozen tundra...I liked it... my brother didn't ..hence cheating lol
So much saltiness, Jesse! And yet...I love it. XD Seriously, great video as always - I love the Multiplayer Mayhem series and look forward to future episodes! Also, I REALLY want to see a Binding of Isaac: Rebirth video or series.
Screencheat, ohh, this brings me back to memories about how I used to look at my fellow's players screens back when playing split-screen console games. I won a lot of matches doing that :P
My fave memory of screen cheating was when me and my friend were both standing in front of a teleporter, pointing our guns at the thin in halo. we just kinda turned to eachother, looked at the other person, then silently agreed and both walked away from the teleporter
You are the worst. I hated people doing that while playing Goldeneye. Unless we agreed at the start that we could look at each others screen. I was happy when we moved on to Halo. 4 xboxes and 4 tvs. All facing away from each other. Was good times.
videogameprof It's actually surprising how many people will be glued to their own little screens. I guess people just forget it, it's too taxing or it doesn't feel natural to many people :P
Based on what I had observed in the past, Jesse already recorded his videos at 60 FPS. The only difference is that UA-cam now allows it rather than forcing it to 30 FPS.
***** Actually most big youtubers like Jesse and TotalBiscuit cut them down to 30fps themselves, because uploading a video in 60fps basicly causes the upload time to be doubled (since it has to upload twice as many images), and when you're uploading ~2 big videos every day, that can cause your internet to be paralyzed for the entire day while they're uploading (60fps videos take a LONG time, we've already heard Jesse complain about how long 30fps videos took... imagine that but double). So we should absolutely appreciate that Jesse is making all his videos 60fps 1080p - TotalBiscuit said he'd only be uploading his WTF is videos in 60, and the rest in 30 just because it takes so long.
Looks good. Reminds me of 007 Golden eye, were the first screen watchers started. Back when to do any MP had to lan with have everyone in the room with TVs. Damn I'm old but good game either way
I played this game at PAX, and I gotta say it's super hard, but heaps of fun. That said it's even harder to watch than it is to play, argh my brain! The kill messages in this game are great.
This agme is really hard to comprehend. I've no clue what is going on most of the time. I mean, I get what's supposed to be happening, but it really does look like people flailing about, hoping for the best.
The problems is that you have to know the maps really well, and some maps (like the really open one they were playing in the end) don't really mesh with the gameplay well. The closed, more corridor based maps worked better, since it's a lot easier to kill somebody when their movement is more limited and you're relying on screen cheating to find them.
Joseph Gilroy I'm sure it's fine to play. But to watch, when you don't actually know what any of them are going for, it's kind of shyte. I watched it whole but I wasn't sure what I was watching, mostly.
It's a cool concept, but it benefits from map memorization EVEN MORE than other shooters. I've always found that annoying because my spatial awareness is crap.
Wow, i love the premise of the game, the game modes are fine too, although i agree, that capture the fun is the least fun. Sadly i don't think it will do very well as most people won't be able to hit a moving target without seeing it, hell, for me it's very hard if i CAN see it in other games. I can't stand the soundtrack playing in the back though for some reason. But i guess that is personal taste.
Is there anyway to get face cam on this, because it's so confusing, I cant tell the difference between the other 2 guys, so i know Jessie has a vendetta against one, but one minute I think its yellow the next i think its red. I might be on my own here because I don't watch the others guys channels so I'm not accustomed to their voices but it would make it so much more enjoyable for me to be able to see the relationships rather than just hear. Did what I say make sense? Haha I don't know
Jirard's voice is a little bit lower and louder and he talks way less than Alex. Alex was red and is the huge troll that Jesse rages at and Jirard was yellow and is the one that usually wins. Jesse is always mad at whoever is beating him so it is a little confusing. And yes 17:28 was Alex. Alex-Bioshock, Jirard-Slender
You'll get used to it, it took me a few of these videos but hey you've got a week to go through the backlog. Personally I hate face cam videos because pretty much everyone throws the damn thing over the UI which ends up de-emphasizing the game and my mental image is always funnier than the actual responses so I'm glad Jesse doesn't do it.
I had no idea what was happening half the time in this video since it's not always obvious which screen any player is looking at/who they were hunting. It's not a great game to spectate, it seems like they were having fun playing it.
"When numbers and letters combine, that's trouble."
Mfw Jesse starts using hexadecimal to annotate scores.
It took me about 10 minutes to realise they were invisible and that's why they have to screencheat...
***** same
Yeah that took a bit O.o but it's an interesting game concept...That happened a lot in my halo invisible sniper matches when I picked the biggest maps...try looking for a couple of twisted light pixels in a frozen tundra...I liked it... my brother didn't ..hence cheating lol
Well they didn't really explain the game.
Well, thanks for the heads up. Not sure if I should be disappointed or not but, ah well!
Ikr, and holy crap - there's no way I could play this game.
So much saltiness, Jesse! And yet...I love it. XD Seriously, great video as always - I love the Multiplayer Mayhem series and look forward to future episodes! Also, I REALLY want to see a Binding of Isaac: Rebirth video or series.
Jesse, of all your shows, this is the best. I can actually label this series as a legitimate salt mine. Absolutely amazing.
These videos always make me smile. Jesse is soo funny when he's Pissed, you guys are Awsome. The most fun I've had in awhile. Thanks!
Screencheating is a lot harder when you don't have your own screen to fall back on. I can barely keep up...
I feel like I have to watch this three times over, each time looking at someone else's screen.
Multiplayer Mayhem Season 1 Score
Jesse-0
Jirard-3
Alex-2
ily.
are those actually the points cause I've been wanting to find out the actual point number since they just fuck with the points in this series
Don't eat weed Yes they are. These are the actual scores and they are on each video to give you the new total so you can check after each game.
I find it hilarious that they're all at the same spot almost around 20:20 yet, none of them are attacking each other, til Alex killed Jesse lol
They literally rode the fucking elevator together, my butt is is so clenched right now.
I wouldn't mind another episode of this, guys. Just saying. Toooootally okay with more of this.
Counting up the scores is the best part of this series.
''Mow you down with the power of love'' is probably the best thing I've heard in my life.
I love that Jesse is like," this mode is lots of fun" and then in the lasted round he is all," This game is stupid!"
YESSSSSSSSS been looking fwd to more Multiplayer Mayhem!!
In this game you MUST do that to win!
You are the worst. I hated people doing that while playing Goldeneye. Unless we agreed at the start that we could look at each others screen. I was happy when we moved on to Halo. 4 xboxes and 4 tvs. All facing away from each other. Was good times.
im suprised why people didnt do the same. you really cant help it.
videogameprof
It's actually surprising how many people will be glued to their own little screens.
I guess people just forget it, it's too taxing or it doesn't feel natural to many people :P
Oooo, that fine 60fps, This becoming a regular thing Jesse? or just for the minor one vid a week series's
Based on what I had observed in the past, Jesse already recorded his videos at 60 FPS. The only difference is that UA-cam now allows it rather than forcing it to 30 FPS.
He'll do 60fps until a game beats him in quality to get 60fps (So any game in alpha lol) but then he will just change the quality down.
I hate it, my computer can't handle 60fps with 1080p, so have to watch 720p. They should make it you can choose 1080p with 30fps :P
Dauglashalfve why would you do that? the difference in framerate is enormous, while the resolutions isn't even noticeable
( 32:57 ) Go into 'Imaginary numbers'... it becomes weeeeeeeeeird fast, when you delve into esoteric mathematical ''numbers''.
Jirard is no longer The Completionist. He is ShankMasterJ.
"You lost, so he won (so this is YOUR FAULT)!"
Oh, Mr. Cox.
Please, never change.
xD
Love that one of the things is 'you were Windows Vista'd by...'. cause I feel that pain.
Looks good. Reminds me of 007 Golden eye, were the first screen watchers started. Back when to do any MP had to lan with have everyone in the room with TVs. Damn I'm old but good game either way
The closet was the worst hiding spot ever D:
Really? Never played Spy vs Spy on the NES with a friend? That was the true screencheat
Alex, you were right, the Earth is only approx. 4.5 billion years old. The universe itself is around 13.8 billion.
I played this game at PAX, and I gotta say it's super hard, but heaps of fun. That said it's even harder to watch than it is to play, argh my brain!
The kill messages in this game are great.
I love how salty Jesse gets.
Keep 'em coming.
12:16 (Alex's screen) What? It bounces? Who designs a gun that BOUNCES? This is the worst gun ever, of all time.
called a grenade launcher... on a delayed fuse
apparently you didn't get the reference

To be fair, these guys weren't very good at the game (which makes sense, since it seemed like the first or second time they played).
This seems neat little game. Turning the downside of split-screen, cheating, into a game-mechanic is really smart.
It's a cool concept, but it benefits from map memorization EVEN MORE than other shooters. I've always found that annoying because my spatial awareness is crap.
That's why the maps use distinct colours so you can differentiate.
MajorLeagueGamer838 I mean like just remembering which rooms lead to which other rooms.
Lol i didn't realize they were invisible until half way through.
Thanks for labelling the screens :3
I
Of course the only game Jesse could win is where he has to actively cheat.
SPOILER:
he didn't win
i remember the voldemort scene, cracked me up lol
Favorite game I played at PAX Prime. This game is so much fun.
Since you're going through this lot of games, I'd love to see you play 'Assault Android Cactus' together!
Jesse, there are technically an infinite number of negative numbers, so even if you can't turn it around you should be fine.
Awesome! Glad this is back.
this is literally the most headache inducing game ever
i dont get it, why havent they done more of these?
would looking straight down be a viable tactic, waiting for someone to come in range?
13:00-The StarFox reference is real. XDDDD
god the score screen makes me crack up every time
Aussie indie games are on the rise!!
Watching this makes me feel stupid, but then watching most other Jesse stuff makes me feel smarter, so it balances out I guess?
Whoo! Finally! I love screencheat
There should be a fourth camera down in the corner, showing where all the players are by simple dots.
Holy shit I love this series
Deem thumbnails. Make me love the videos even more.
Interesting game. That candlestick is very dangerous weapon....with bigger powers come big responsibilities.
Jesse and Jirard bumped so many times into each other and not realising it :D
I feel that I need a lazy eye to properly follow this
I love the Jessie Salt
Wow, i love the premise of the game, the game modes are fine too, although i agree, that capture the fun is the least fun. Sadly i don't think it will do very well as most people won't be able to hit a moving target without seeing it, hell, for me it's very hard if i CAN see it in other games.
I can't stand the soundtrack playing in the back though for some reason. But i guess that is personal taste.
Can't wait to play 4-player matches in Halo 5.
:D
(the halo series taught me how to screen cheat)
So are you saying that eventually, Jirard and Alex will get into negative hexadecimals?
Is there anyway to get face cam on this, because it's so confusing, I cant tell the difference between the other 2 guys, so i know Jessie has a vendetta against one, but one minute I think its yellow the next i think its red. Lol I guess I will just have to listen very very carefully. Haha :-)

Personally I hate face cam videos because pretty much everyone throws the damn thing over the UI which ends up de-emphasizing the game and my mental image is always funnier than the actual responses so I'm glad Jesse doesn't do it.
That's probably because Jesse has a vendetta against both of them... :P
He has a vendetta against whoever is winning
I had no idea what was happening half the time in this video since it's not always obvious which screen any player is looking at/who they were hunting. It's not a great game to spectate, it seems like they were having fun playing it.
I love the kill notifications
Is it bad that I think "Candyman!! Candyman!!" everytime Jesse gets a kill?
I'm getting flashbacks of Time Splitters
Oh god damn it Baek! I have to play Time Slitters now. Fucking Nostagia overload.
The entirety of this video just makes me want to scream....the core game mechanic is literally the title _and Jesse never figures it out_
I think you meant alex, because Jesse clearly knew how it worked, as did jirard, alex though was confused throughout.
Why am i okay with a laser crossbow but bothered by the 4 shot revolver :/
Hoy shit alex with the bear bomb was too damn funny XD
This is a pretty hard game to watch. I can't imagine how it must be to play.
The only reason to watch this is to see if someone actually beats Jirard.
Altho this game looks like total bs that I would never play, it sure is entertaining to watch these guys. xD
No Depth?
Jesse could voice act The Joker pretty well.
Jirard: 3 wins
Alex: 2 wins
Jesse: 0 wins
When number and letter combine, you get Algebra. And no one want Algebra.
Sounds like a horror movie "When you tweet youre dead" No that sounds like an awesome wish it were reality movie
The premise is to look on someone else's screen?! I've been doing that for years.
NO!
12 billion points? RIP Alex forever
Yay its back!
Does anyone even remember what the actual scores are
21:54 lol
I can taste the salt from here.
No Davis!? Why!?!?
Ladies and Gentlemen, THE BULLET!
To those of you who scrolled down before watching this video: Everybody is invisible, that's why you can see all of the screens.
I'm 3 minutes in, and although i understand what you are supposed to do, i can not in any way follow, what is happening...
Maybe you all should just see who can finish a game of solitaire the fastest? for Jesse?
How do they not know Edvard Munch's The Scream? :o
Jesse is such a cheater he was using aimbot and wallhacks wow
cant believe jesse is winning in score :P
This video has been public since 2014 and its still only had 144,096 views. Wat.
Jesse how about 12 european billion points? That is 1000 times as much
-5.90484089195159e+17 points
the letters are not far off Jesse.
Cranky Jesse
A strange game. The only winning move is not to play.
Shadow of Mordor! I demand thee you peasent
im out like the gout jesse cox 2014
Swiper no swiping?! Awww MAN.
Lol i remember screencheating all the time to kill the crud out of my bro when i was little, usually in halo or battlefront
If you tweet in the game, you tweet in real life!
This looks like it'd be amazing with friends. Shame I don't have friends.
I am so confused.
don't weary jesse there game out there that have more beginner shooter lvl's so got find them should be easy for you XD
Well, this was confusing.
