Now we need a reverse scenario. I only say this because we've seen Buck literally loosing it because Eddie is close to dead. Buck cracks, he suffers, he takes care of Christopher. However, when Buck was under the ladder truck we didn't get the same reaction from Eddie... did you notice? Eddie was there and yes, their friendship and all what happened with Christopher was important for his recover. But we still missed the opportunity to see Eddie really worried for losing him.
Honestly, I agree. I wonder about this all the time. Buck shows more emotion when it comes to Eddie but it isn’t reciprocated, why?
Painfully true-I had to rewatch edits several times for it to sink in- once the fact sunk into my head I was sad,perhaps now that Buck told Eddie the about Tommy, Eddie will be warmer towards Buck.
Depending on how many Seasons this show will go, Is when they'll write Buck and Eddie as a Couple. They have to do this at the right time. Buck and Eddie look at each other like no one else.

Forbidden love may or may not apply and happen in this entirely fictional story for these characters but it would be the only emotionally satisfactory resolution for their trajectories together. Any other ending would be a very lukewarm, insipid and tepid solution with no drama, gracefulness, congruity and elegance at all.
Let me go lucid dream about them
We see and lot of great videos that lead us to believe something is happening between Buck and Eddie, and we hear a lot of lovely music and lyrics that sing of love between them...but we still have not seen the affection, holding, kissing...and the "I love you". But I can wait.
