They're playing with house money. They weren't supposed to be a contender at all. And they're in the playoffs, having already won their first series, and have a chance to go to the ALCS after a great series with LA. If they lose, this won't be an abject failure. But the Dodgers? They signed Ohtani, have Betts, Freeman, just to mention a few. They spent insane money in the offseason. Made big moves at the deadline, had the best record in baseball. If they don't win a single series, that is an all time failure. And given their history of doing just this, every single bit of pressure is on LA.
Both new York teams advanced....hmm definitely some corruption going on. Look at their governor. Just keep a close eye on the games they'll definitely have ref help.

The Umpires were helping the Royals all series long against the Yankees except that one call in game 1, and screwed the Yankees on SEVERAL calls in game 3 that the Yankees were lucky to survive, and you think there’s corruption. You actually believe the MLB’s Umpires are competent enough to plan something like that? You really are stupid.
Yeah, clearly MLB wants teams like the Yankees and Dodgers to win, because they make the league the most money. That's why they have won every world series from 2010 to present. And pay no attention to the multiple missed calls that hurt the Yankees in the series and the bad calls that benefited KC. Those don't count.
