I’ve got one. Managed to get 15% off on the total tackle website. It’s genuinely brilliant. Not used it during winter yet but I expect it’s going to be extremely warm.
Honest question, how does it compare against the Avid ,Fox and Trakker beds? I owned a flatliner bed chair and it was the best I have owned so far. These beds look much thicker padded and more comfortable. At over £500 an honest breakdown of what companies products are stand out features over the others would be really helpful. My back is absolutely shot so, I need the most supportive, highest standing most comfortable bed so, hopefully I can get out for overnight trips as my back has almost ended my fishing altogether. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Ive had fox avid and nash memory foam beds and say they all ruined my back and daunting when you spend £500 time on bed ive used this solar mk2 bed on 2 24 hour sessions so far and been good for my back ive got 3 nighter coming up next week so be reel test. The only thing dont like about bed is it dont fold as flat as like on the barrow but other than that everything else all good the legs and mechanism look solid and last aswell
Hi 'Danny', looks like you might have got the branding wrong on that one... sounds a bit more of a premium product if it's got a built in fizzy drinks maker.
@@totalcarpmagazine it would be if we could only bring the weight down , at the moment it weighs in excess of 75kg, I have suggested we go for a plastic toilet rather than the porcelain one.
I'm guessing there are plenty of people who want a premium bed and are happy to pay a premium price. If you don't want to pay that much for a bed, or simply can't afford it, then don't - there's no reason to take offence to it.
Very comfortable and built to last years, absolutely the best of the best but its bloody heavy! Glad ive got a good barrow 👍
Hab bisher 20 Nächte darauf geschlafen und hatte nie was besseres. Sehr teuer, aber wer gut am Wasser schlafen will, hat hiermit das beste was es gibt

Will there be an extra wide model in the range?
We will soon be bringing out the Korda Basix sleep system which will incorporate a built in toilet and fizzy drinks maker.

Which would you say is most comfortable trakker oval HDR or this solar?
Would be really hard to say - both are really top quality sleep systems and people have different sleeping preferences!
Kop out answer not to upset manufacturers FML 👍😂
Does this have a built in spirit level so you get it flat?
Nothing ground breaking then.
Don't think we said it was groundbreaking...just their most luxury sleep system yet.
Why they all going with this sweaty nylon lining inside ? the MF60 has this too... :(
We wouldn't say the smooth lining is sweaty at all. We find it smooth and comfortable, and doesn't feel restrictive when wearing clothes in the bag.
Ur spot on pal .. need the fox fleece feel
Comfy bed , Dog shit sleeping bag , cheap and no way 5 season sleeping bag ,, Trakker oval 5 season is miles better , genuine 5 season .
I mean seriously, who’s gonna buy that.

I was of course only having a bit of banter, I love Solar products , this looks like an excellent piece of kit for a good nights kip on the bank. 👍
