Clifton, Virginia is a small town with a former Norfolk & Western caboose on display by the Norfolk Southern Washington District. Not too long ago at the time I made this video, the state of Virginia reached a deal with NS to purchase this section of track between Alexandria and Manassas to help expand Amtrak and VRE service.
The Pennsylvania Railroad K4s steam locomotive 1361 is being restored to operation by the Railroaders Memorial Museum and FMW Solutions. Once restored, 1361 will travel across Pennsylvania and beyond for excursions on regional and short line railroads. Click on the link below and donate to 1361 today.
