5 inch gauge City of Truro at Ruddington

A new acquisition to our collection, first time steaming the 5" City of Truro at Ruddington. Have to forgive the occasional wheel slip!

I didn't know my beloved daughter existed in 5 inch gauge form. She's beautiful in 5 inch gauge, Bachmann 00 gauge and standard gauge forms. What's not to love about her?

What a lovely little engine! If you don't mind, where did you get it from?

The engine was purchased from The Steam Workshop as they had purchased it from an estate, although there wasn’t much history with it. It will be getting torn down and repainted soon to add some finer detailing to it.
