Why Single Core Cable Comes with AL Armoured not with Steel?
Single core cables in conduction alternating current, can form annular magnetic field around the cable, steel belt or bare wire will form a closed loop path, forming eddy current, and eddy current will cause the cable heating, increase the loss of the cable.
Three - core cables pass through the three-phase alternating current, the sum of the three-phase current is zero, so no eddy is produced in the guide ring of the guide steel belt and naked steel wire, so the steel armor can be steel.
Need of special note is, single core cable is not can't armor, but is a magnetic strip or steel wire, often using the magnetic stainless steel belt and the permeability of stainless steel wire armoured can also be (single core cable used by stainless steel sheathed).
In addition, magnetic steel wire is not cannot be used for single core cable armoring, but will have to cover (extruded) insulation wire, then squeeze insulated wire for cable armoring, insulation will ring magnetic circuit for segmentation, can't form a circular vortex, is also no problem.

hello Man , 2 core cables in AC system always steel wire Armor , where as 1 core cable in AC system with Aluminium Armor...since there is no return path in 1 core cable hence heating effect due to steel. To avioid this AL Armor is used

There is a four core armoured cable laid underground from Transformer to LT Panel at my place for a three phase connection to the commercial setup on the ground floor and a three phase meter is also installed. Now I want to get another single phase meter connection installed for my residence on 1 st floor from the same LT PANEL. Is it possible to draw such another supply for single phase meter from one of the three phases that are already providing three phase supply through same LT Panel for my commercial connection on the ground floor? Or I have to lay another two core armoured cable from Transformer to connect to the new single phase meter I am planning to install now ?

No you can use single phase from your existing 3 phase meter
