I think it wasn't so much as the other woman learned on him 'accidentally' but that he *lied* about what he was doing and who he was with which means she can't trust what he tells her is the truth going forward. Add to that him not telling her about her *mothers* condition and he comes across as a man who will lie for his own ends and can't be trusted as a partner. Also the fact he so consistently puts others above her is another mark against him. Why are so many ML's in these dramas shown to consistently lie with the disclaimer of either 'for her own good' or 'to keep the peace because *she's* irrational/jealous' and yet we're supposed to see them as good guys that deserve the FL'S?! Everything is by his comfort level and what *he* wants/thinks is best and she's just supposed to take it on the chin while he treats her like a child who can't handle the truth or difficult situations? What an ass masquerading as a 'good guy'.
