Do you loop the ending of the first track untill next track starts then filter off the loop ?

Yeah, I use that method sometimes, if both tracks are in the same key (or similar harmonic key) they can be mixed at different points other than the start/end of each track. Trance can actually be quit tricky to mix because, unlike many House sub-genres, there aren't many 'drum/beat-only' intros/outros (life would be 1000 times easier if there was!) 🙂
