      Thanks a lot.. Yes it was quite a lot of work.. but u got to do what u need to do 😊… well for tagless labels. The heat transfers give better finishing then directly screen printing. Also I have several times experimented printing grey and other colors.. however, there is always a chance for ink to see through in white T-shirt. So heat transfer labels eliminates that and also give you that branded finish.. if you also screen print try once and see the difference in the finishing.

      @@Ramellosugahill oh that’s awesome. But I don’t like the digital heat transfer. I prefer screen printing it. It’s more fun ..

      Hi Adam that’s a screen printing machine we developed ourself. On a single press it can print multi color.

    Nice feed. I love your work and explanations.
    Can you make heat transfer label with water based ink? And how are you curing plastisol with a heat gun?

    • @Riyum
      @Riyum  3 роки тому +1

      Hi.. Thank you 🙏 heat transfer are made by plastisol ink and silicone ink because the adhesive powder chemically only works with these 2 inks. For curing it has to reach above 150 degrees (above 300F). So as I was printing only small logo and few pieces that’s why the heat gun worked. You will come to know if it’s cured or not when the powder melts while u heat up with the heat gun.. If you want to cure bigger image then I recommend to use flash dryer or conveyor dryer for faster production.
