bro, kehna kya chahtey ho?
The dots are perforations for ventilation.
The black strips are accordion stretch panels to avoid abrasions incase of a slide on asphalt.

It's more hard then this as the protection is hard you ll feel pain after 50 or 100 km of riding and this is soft which gives a comfort as well as protection.
