I don't know why but i love when rockstar add a high pitched copied engine sound to a brand new dlc car, the high pitch is just everything for me!

NASCAR trucks (as with NASCAR race cars) actually do have a fair amount of camber to allow them to make the turns easier at higher speeds on the high banked tracks. Also, NASCAR Cup Series cars did run underglow at the non-points All Star race at Bristol Motor Speedway in 2020.
They allways run under glow for the all star race
@@furywanabemonky05 Nope, only in 2020. They used to run underglow for some of the postseason burnout competitions they did in Vegas in the late 2010s, but that 2020 race was the only time NASCAR ever ran underglow for an actual race

It's cool to see the newer gen Nascar Truck car added. Perhaps they can add the Gen 7 Cup car later too. The Cars do get alot of Camber depending on the track. Just sucks that they ruined it with the handling flags

So happy for this car! Would love to see a more detailed NASCAR vehicle, like the Chevrolet with it's redesigned nose.
Seeing this makes me think we are getting close to the end of the drip feed cars I think there’s only 3 left now but it’s still probably going to be around mid April until this round of dlc is done
The #3 truck was driven by dales cup teammate from 98 to 01. Mike skinner but was a RCR team and the inaugural series champion in 1995

The back kicks out on you way more than the regular hotring imo, from the little I’ve tested so far.
Also bump drafting is risky with these trucks. You could SHOVE people in the sabre if you were good at it
I have a feeling R* cuts a deal with manufacturers to put their cars in the game with very close resemblance so they don't have to go into extensive agreements. Likely got into my head when I saw the Panthere
Considering the Itali RSX is obviously an SF90/stradale, and Ferrari being a very greedy stingy company I don't think this is true. Ferrari get so butt hurt when you throw millions at their recycled garbage when you even think of changing something on the car. So Ferrari would be on Rockstar like a ton of bricks if they saw their "ferrari" being customised
No, absolutely untrue, as long as cars in gta don't look exactly like the vehicle it is based on, their is no deal or agreement or anything. Rockstar can do whatever they want, because their cars do not exactly look like their real life counterparts, there are always minor differences.
They will also not get into legal trouble with vehicle companies or anything.

@@tomhelling7453 I'm one hundred percent certain they don't need licensing agreements for what they put it game. What I'm saying is, with all the newer cars looking closely similar to their real life counterparts, manufacturers might as well approach R* or vice versa to promote their models, also considering the fact that R* also keeps the vehicles lore friendly. Eg; If you look at the Panthere it's basically a promotion for Alpine. I might be really reaching out here but it's quite a possibility.
I'm about 90% sure they don't.
The main reason Rockstar doesn't have real cars in the game is because most car manufacturers don't want their cars associated with violent/illicit activities in video games. Toyota is one of the most strict about this which is why you don't see them in most newer games.
In a world like GTA Online, they would only get approved by a handful of companies, so they literally have no choice but to make their "fake/inspired" models/names.
Personally, I try to use trucks in any races (at least before someone beats me in a meta car and I switch over lol) so seeing this in the drip feed was pretty cool, as iirc its the only truck in the sports class. Felt alot looser than the saber when i tried it weeks ago, so it could be changed now but either way it's a pretty unique vehicle for the bloated sports class and I think it's hard to deny that bit even if you don't like the truck.
Would of been nice if we had the normal tacoma version ngl

2:43 NASCAR *has*, in fact, put neons on their cars for the all-star race. It was freaking cool too
Neons lower the centre of gravity of the vehicle, providing the effect of lowering the suspension without having to lower the suspension, its a minor thing but for any serious GTA V racer they are as essential as the spoiler, even when they look daft.

The difference is negligible and so minor, that it's not even worth considering. It's something for serious top racers in the community who hot lap tracks for world records and stuff.
The lawn mower cooling fan assembly as a carburetor is a nice touch by R*.
Now it's coming here, that truck is ready for a track.

I dont really mind that it has handling flags, for the sake of hotring races being balanced regardless of car but again, best case would be if both didnt have them at all

I love the truck. It looks awesome in my Arena with all the liveries. After this, there are only about 40 vehicles in the game I don't have.
After weeks of no car we finally get one and it's the car I was least excited about.

I’m buying 7 of them, love nascar so these will be nice additions to my “auto racing” garage
The highway you went on to test the speed has a lot of bumps that give the car tons of speed so they might be same (until the one and only tests it out)
The car has slow handling flags, so bumps don't make it go faster, they actually make it go slower.
Cone11 did a video testing the top speed of both cars at the same highway and the Everon is faster indeed
To me it's more like someone who is a truck races fan bought a stock truck and customized it to look like a race truck as closey as possible.Wished it had a more race motor sound. This is why I think of it like this. I like the truck overall. Got it to go 120 with stock equipment. Too expensive but I think I'd buy it knowing I can make it back in some time andceven though it's missing the sound I still like the sound it has and the way it drives. Great video.
What I remember about the Hotring Sabre, is that the car can kerb boost, but has the speed cap, like the tuners when their performance was nerfed by first time. The AHF are a bit different if you compare with the ones that vehicles like the XXR, Flash GT and even the Issi Classic have. But at the end, it's still the same sh*t :'c

I'm only waiting for the Eudora and the Boor. The Ocelot Virtue is just a nice addition for Imani tech vehicles. But this Everon is a big no.

The Boor it's because the Subaru Brat was one of my favorite cars on Forza Horizon 3 and also a friend has that. It's basically a Japanese El Camino.

As a huge fan of nascar, this was kind of hard to watch. Nascars have had neons underneath in special races, and they do actually have camber. Especially on tracks like Bristol and Pokano

Just jumped onto gta online, bought the truck (screw the trade price), upgraded and tested it out, ran it the wall over and over until the hood popped off to see if the belt works and said “right that’s cool” then closed the application and played something else. I checked the time and was on for like 10 minutes.
When I saw a the unreleased cars I just knew they'd release the eudora and the boor at the very end. They know damn well that's the best cars they're going to release this update and they're assholes for making me suffer.
