Ultrasonic sieve System GLOBAL - Vibrowest

𝗨𝗹𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗚𝗟𝗢𝗕𝗔𝗟 sieves prevent blinding and blocking of mesh and maintain consistent flow rates, and has been designed so that it can be retrofitted onto any new or existing vibrating sieve/screeners. The Ultrasonic sieve system allows separations of sticky powders with meshes ranging from 𝟮𝟱𝟬µ 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝟮𝟬µ.
𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗹𝘂𝘀:
Increases capacity up to 10 times by enabling powders to pass through screens faster;
reduces production downtime by preventing screen overloads;
screening and sieving on finer meshes (as low as 20μm);
increase the quality of the final product;
reduces mesh damage and the mesh replacement caused by mechanical deblinding systems.
