I have seen this house with two other agents already.Looks like a semi detached in cowrie creek estate,same design somehow.Lights and speakers are not house specifications,room sizes are.Some of us can not physically view these houses,telling us the room sizes would be a vital information. Anyways,l thought Eko Atlantic is the most expensive real estate in Africa,at this price,these house are more expensive than eko Atlantic for sure.4500 sqft makes it sound like a big land, that is 418 square meters for 560 thousand dollars.Thank you confidence.
@@esthervanda7401 Cowrie creek is a newer estate and closer to Victoria island. It comes with the same infrastructure as Pinnock. Pinnock estate is a much more developed estate with the price of lands costing much more than cowrie creek. This house in Pinnock would have been more expensive.

I can not fathom the basis for the exorbitant price of this regular house. Nigerian builders need to do better with overpricing.
