- 11 years on- was it worth it?????
So after owning my Mulberry Bayswater handbag for 11 years (yes that’s right 11YEARS), I thought it would be nice to review the bag and give you my honest opinion on the bag and show you how my bag has worn over the years.
I love Mulberry handbags as they are very well made, the Bayswater is a classic timeless piece and in my opinion worth the price tag.
This bag for me is a true bag for life, it has worn very well and still looks as good as when I first got it. I have two Bayswater bags my oak one is nearly 5 years old and even that looks amazing.
I do think that if you look after the bag really well it will last many many years.

I’ve just bought the exact same bag as I am not keen on the quality or durability of the new style Mulberry bags...my opinion. I’ve gone through loads, brand new, medium age and vintage during my recent 7 year love affair and I agree, this bag is timeless and classy. I also cannot stress enough she’s absolutely correct in that these bags need protecting and care. Collinil is the way to go. Restoration leather cream, in bag colour, is brilliant should you get a scrape or minor scuff. I too adore it. Great video

Just bought myself a preloved black Bayswater off eBay :) I paid for it no more than 309€ altogether, with shipping and taxes. From photos it looks like the bag is in excellent condition, it said so in the description as well, so I really can’t complain. It’s not brand new, but if the quality is really there then it should last me many years! I cannot wait to hold it in my hands after wanting it for a good while now.

I was worried about going preloved but now I see the wear after 11 years .. I don't think it will be an issue
Not at all, it’s a good investment too as long as you look after the bag well it will last for years. The Chocolate croc print is beautiful, I want to get the Zipped up Bayswater one day ... 😀
