    Did some over the weekend and made a Tex Mex feast with em and omg cannot beat a perfectly cooked beef rib for flavour, juiciness and tenderness, thank you brother love your channel

    Man, those ribs are huge. Did you flip your vehicle over, when you took those ribs home? I think Fred Flintstone would be proud of those ribs. They sure look awesome. A nice cook. I love anchovies. If people don't like them, but they like Worcestershire sauce, the anchovies are in there. Cheers, Joe! 👍👍✌️

    Looking awesome Joe! Yep, keep it simple with beef ribs. I only use Kosher salt, ground pepper corns and coffee grounds (and the German in me makes me us mustard for the binder).

    I enjoy cooking beef ribs as much as brisket. I may have to road trip to HEB until the one by me opens up later this year. I still can’t believe we are getting one!

    About to give this a try this weekend. I think I will leave a thin layer of fat because I like that grissle. I'm in San Antonio using a Mastebilt charcoal/wood smoker that uses an electric fan. Cooked a lot of meats but never Dino ribs.

    Fun fact - There is a Worcestershire sauce called "W Sauce". It's much thicker and bolder. One of my subscribers turned me onto it. If you like the regular kind, check it out. It's quite tasty. Nice looking ribs sir!

    Great video. Very well done.
    I have been using a Yoder YS640 for years and I have an opportunity get a YS1500. Is there much difference in pellet consumption between the 640 and 1500?

      You know, not much. It all depends in the temp you set the 1500 at. Check out the video I did a couple of weeks ago on an overnight brisket. I used like 10lbs of pellets only.

    Never smoked meat and may try it this summer. Question what is the reason for wrapping the ribs in butcher paper? I never heard of that. Thank you great video.

    If you like these ribs try beef back ribs smoke for 2 hrs at 275 then wrap for 1 hr then sauce at the very end something sweet. Not as much meat but tons of flavor.

    Looks wonderful! But can someone tell me what the difference is between brontosaurus ribs and Dino ribs? I assumed they were the same but I see people say there is a difference. Which of the two are used most for BBQ?

    When you’re doing that can you remove the membrane also is there a reason why you’re keeping it?

      Basically, it keeps the rack together. If removed, the meat tends to fall completely off the bones.
