As a Product in this price range, the margins are thinner when professional services are added.
By design most of the end user experience is solved through the product; however, there are times when it has taken up to 70 minutes for us to get a live person.
Also, a rep has shared with us SLA on insurance matters can be up to 2 weeks.
This can be an issue at scale; however for most of their ideal fits, the platform works and Gustomers are happy.
