TW: ED. I used to have an eating disorder. Watching SAS’s videos have helped me learn that it’s okay to enjoy eating food. She makes everything so crave-able. I don’t count calories as often anymore + I definitely don’t live off gum and iced coffee anymore. So, thank you SAS. You may not realize it, but you do help in many ways 💓

Ugh hate that they call them rice cakes more like plastic Vienna sausages or glue sticks. They taste horrible have no clue why people actually like them.
Prime Mel Rice cake is pretty much tasteless, that’s why you cook them in sauce. They taste pretty good with spicy sauce or cheesy sauce
