The last song is called "Heavenly Fate", and is actually not part of the 1991 album.
It is an OST for a webtoon, released at the end of February.
It is Changsub's most successful song to date, having been in the top10 of domestic charts for 10+ weeks straight, and is still charting in the top100 to this day. It is also a remake with the original sung by a duo called CAN.

I feel like his singing style changed alil after his nodule/polyps scare earlier this year.. still beautiful though.
I had no idea he had nodules/polyps earlier this year. It can definitely change the sound depending on if he got the surgery to remove them or just let them go away on their own.
@@CiCiRenaeMusic actually he announced his hiatus because of vocal polyps in March a day before BTOB Seoul Fancon. Fortunately he didn't need surgery, he received voice therapy. After 5 months,he is back 🥰. But he still receiving treatment and being extra careful.
