- Things are starting to be moved to the farm... I'll show you what we have potted up and ready to grow at the farm. A look at my dahlia tubers and orders from my restock sale last month... a look a what I'd do differently when planting tulips for cut flowers next year.

Great video and as usual great questions Bryan. I know I say that a lot but it really applies. He asked several questions about the Dahlias I wanted to know. Even though I have planted Dahlias twice before, I forget! Age related.. lol Thanks also Shelley for reminding me not to water right away. I'm planting my mystery tubers this week since nighttime temps finally better. Can't wait to see what I get. Just like my Daylily crosses. This is my second year for them and I'm hoping I get a flower on at least one.

Oh ❤….wish I would have known. I’m very conservative when buying but have great success storing and starting them. I’ve set up a row with support in the garden this year instead of putting them in the borders.…might set them out today 😊…

If you clip the tulip heads off and then keep the tulips in the ground let the bulbs store energy until July….. then dig up bulbs and save the big bulbs to plant in the fall…. I’ve seen this done on other farms! Love watching your channel!!!
Here, only the darwins come back reliably and I have such limited space- but maybe in the future I will have more workable space to try them over the winter again.

We have "You Pick's" here in Canada where they give you a bucket (different sizes), you fill it up yourself and pay per bucket size.
I hope to do that when the farm is ready to open to the public... too much rehabbing happening this year but I was hoping!
I am intrigued on this non natural way to get more fans. I tried to Google the answer. Now I need to know, what is the non natural way to get more fans? Is it a chemical of some type ?

I posted on my Facebook page... we had our locks cut and both of our generators stolen, along with our lawn maintenance equipment. ;-(
