    Hey k I bought some goat meat but I want to add okra to this as well how would I do that please?

      Hey Lovelie, you'll clean and marinate your meat. Allow it to cook. You will add the okra after you make your sauce. Once you put the okra don't stir the pot.
      If you are using fresh okra it takes a little longer to cook compared to the frozen okra (but not that much time difference)
