I much preferred the old Trade page. The new one seems to deliver very low quality items exclusively. And it randomly selects things I have in storage as the price, most of which are very high level (which is why I bother to save them)…
Also I would love if you could double-tap on a bubble to quickly pop it for coins! I almost never spend gems to get the items inside, instead going for the coins. The extra motion of clicking the coins button at the top, plus the fear of accidentally hitting the “spend gems” button, stresses me out haha
I agree about the trade page. Payout seems low for the amount of moves needed to get a lower value item just yo complete the chests. Make this more equitable and worth the effort for the players or go back to the old way go back
Agreed, the new trade page is a complete waste of time. Old one was much more useful and fairer.
OMG Do I agree!!! Being able to double tap the bubbles to turn to cash without the worry of cashing in gems would be great. Or how about being able to undo spending gems after a bubble purchase?
Thanks for updating the story. I didn’t make it through the big side event. I didn’t know Hank was still alive. Please post the story dialog for those of us who don’t make it through the bigger side events.

I don’t think those of us on the free side ever get the full story. We get a couple of teasers near the beginning of a “mystery”, then they drop us. It’s one of my increasing frustrations about the game.

@@deliusfanthe reveal happens at the end of the event. You don't have to pay for the reveal, just wait until it's over.
@@leahjohnson4429 so you say, I guess I didn’t log back in quite in time and it went straight into the new “winds” mystery for me, no ribbon tied around the previous mystery . Oh well. I don’t understand why everything has to happen so back to back.
Love the idea of the game but the pay to be able to play or spend weeks n weeks in one area is ridiculous and also trade page sucks now!!!
When I listen to these every month I never know what they are talking about. I never see the stories when I am playing and I play often play multiple times a day. How come Roddy came back and I didn’t know. What was Grandma’s mystery meat? I am sick of not having a story line. Merging is getting boring.
You only get the story when you buy the Mystery Pass
I've been playing for years & there's not really a storyline in there...i'm guessing you have to buy stuff to enter that universe...

You have the main story that's unlocked while progressing through the areas (that part is free), but the storyline they talk about in this video (Hank gone missing, vegan meat pie, etc.) is only available if you buy the Mystery Pass, and you get a piece of it everytime you claim a decoration on the PREMIUM track of the Mystery Pass

Can I skip the thing that consumes double energy? So many things designed to get people to spend money. I’m retired. I do love the game.
You need:
A Glove Generator. Maybe it has to be earned, or fed a few basic garden knives.
A Paint Generator. Paint is too rare. I merged up a whole Bolt Cutter, generating the L4 paints for the Pool Area. Maybe it can be fed 3 paint brushes to work.
Please return trades to the previous format. Either that or let people choose the category they need items from, then show all items available for trade. Having to spend gems to see isn’t right. The Reward Chests need to be better. I was two trades short of the four day chest. I clicked the information button, and it looked like I could get a motherlode of parts. So I made the two unnecessary trades, to get it. It wasn’t anywhere near as much as the information button led me to believe. It seems the game is designed for profit. Not all players are Gamer Kids, with unlimited disposable income to waste on something intangible.
I agree, on all counts! I’m retired as well, the price of everything has pretty much quadrupled in the last five years. I no longer have the disposable income to pay for a free game.

I totally agree with everyone about the pricing on this game, it's become very money hungry. The Landing room is awful, to get 10 blue stars for very high level items. It seems to have very mean spirited designers behind the scenes.
@@serre7887 I agree about the landing room, especially! The rewards are pitiful for the multiple top level tasks. The card game uses so much room and energy that I have stopped doing anything else while I’m working on it..
Hank having a baby is a big deal.. I spent a ton of time and money trying to get through the event and still couldn’t get to the end. The game should still let us know what’s going on even if we can’t get through the end of the events.
Also, The Ranch level tasks are pretty ridiculous! It's taken days to finally get the Apple tree to a certain level to be able to progress.. I was planning on strategically using an Ursula blue card to level up the tree, and it says the card can't be used on it because it suddenly became a producer?! And it takes 12 hours to produce 1 Apple?! And yall are asking for 6 apples to progress?! Who is deciding on these exorbitant tasks that can take up to a week to gain 1% progress?? So unreasonable. I’m wishing I never started this game but I’ve already committed so much time and effort to get this far.

I am unable to purchase "things"...variety of reasons. When one builds up coffers like diamonds, apples, etc, the player should get them for free for sticking around to finish the daggone task. I know you need players to pay for stuff to make money, but kids don't always have that option. Give people a chance to get the purse reward diamonds, etc, so they can continue to play. There's not a lot of time to complete tasks as it is. Thinking seriously about quitting. Seems only interest in getting rich off game
The real mystery here is- why do I keep playing this game? Too much is random, it's gets more expensive all the time and too often there's an error when trying to buy the damn gems that I shouldn't be wasting money on anyway. I'll be uninstalling soon. It's nothing more than a bad habit.
Fishing Game....drives me nuts. How do you ever earn enough medals to fill the medal cabinet. I've been playing it for 3 days and just earned my 1st medal. Other times, the most I've earned were 3 medals. You need 7?... with 1 day left to play it. Whatev. I give up. Won't play it again.
Why are you bringing supercharge back only for people outside the mansion as an event when it makes sense to do so for people in the mansion & permanently? You’re increasing the level of producers and items without caring about the ones who have been playing for long and are stuck in the mansion and are losing interest. The lounge was super tedious let alone the ranch, and every area requires items that take weeks to make. Please make the game interesting again for those who stuck around for long with you
Yes! I agree. I downloaded the game because of being "inside" of the mansion. I've been outside of it for more than 6 months 😢.

I want to see inside the house! Those green power things were so nice! Also some extra time to get our things would be great! It takes DAYS to get the items because of all you have to go through and you run out of power or either you have to wait for the stupid thing to come back which for some of them is 2 or 3 hours!

Probably because those of us who have been here that long are in for the duration. Those who haven’t been playing long may not be addicted yet and have less patience for the long haul.
Yep it took me at least a couple of years to get inside, but I am really missing the other games which were structured and had a lovely storyline and at the end you got an item that helped you progress….
All the games are just repetitive, has anyone else noted the names on the leagues have completely changed too, it was lovely to see the people who were actually playing, the names remained the for at least two years.. 😮
Yeah ... I missed the Hank is alive reveal with a side baby. When was that revealed???
It was revealed today with the new monthly event, I suppose it would also have been revealed in the last event if you reached max level (which seems to be impossible without paying).
I reached the max level and there was no Hank, no baby no nothing, same as the wedding that we didn’t see 😮

Would absolutely love to go back to the old trading system. I really dislike this new one 😭
For those of us with higher level producers, it’s an insult to constantly get lowest level items from them. Once in a while is one thing, but to expend all of your energy for level one and two items is unacceptable. I’ve spent more money this month than I care to admit and it’s the only game I still play. I’m really reconsidering that decision.
Threats only effective when they’re carried out. “I may stop giving you lots of money if you keep doing things that you were doing while I gave you lots of money” isn’t much of an incentive for change.
Why does it take so long to complete conservatory? Why does it take hours to recharge drawers? I need those to collect items needed!! I’m getting frustrated. It seems like it’s taking 10 times longer to get through!
Conservatory takes a long, long time! Even the areas after there are easier. I saved a lot of gems from piggy banks and a couple Blue cards which made the three rafflesia much easier to get
I agree! I'm right at the end too but have been working on the conservatory for over a month! Am SO ready to move on!
Don't give up i know it's so frustrating but you're closer and closer to the grand hall
The conservatory took forever, and I used gems in it.👎. I’m wondering if they made a lot of things longer and harder so they have more time to develop new areas. 🤷🏻♀️

I’ve got mixed feelings about the new trade chests. I do feel like the trade rewards are a lot more generous than previously, so that’s nice. On the other hand I wish the trade process was more relaxed, one thing I liked about the previous version was you could do it at your own pace. I also don’t really like that it keeps asking for lamps when I have a max leveled lamp (for moth generation) in my inventory and keeps grabbing my peonies (for water generation) whenever I make a max leveled one. And that it keeps asking for mosaic pieces because I have a max leveled mosaic urn in my inventory because all of these take a while to generate. I also wish it would ask for stuff my other producers could produce that isn’t necessarily in my inventory or on the board like asking for gardening tools or tool box tools. And I feel like there should be some sort of system where if the reward for a trade is no longer related to a quest item you can refresh the trade for free. And the trade requests aren’t always that good, like one time I got a request for bolt cutters (max level tool box item where I am) in exchange for a spray bottle (low level cleaning supplies).
The requests also tend to prioritize rewards that are tactically unhelpful, like if I have a quest asking for gardening tools and gardening gloves the quest seems to prioritize rewarding me with tools even though the gloves are a lot harder to get.
I agree. Trades aren’t worth it anymore and I stopped doing them. Side events that gobble limited energy aren’t worth it either. If I think I can finish the top prizes. I will sometimes buy the monthly event. Anyone who pays for the piggy bank “reward” is just nuts! The landing room rewards are lame (XP and coins) for level 13-14 tasks like buckets of paint brushes and chainsaws. There is no finishing this game. Ever. But we keep trying.😂
Sadly that has changed and now the items received for the trade are low grade and repetitive so mostly just end up being binned!
Please fix that when you buy or trade item it should go on the top of the queue (as Pigs or Energy Chests).

When you receive a reward or purchase one with diamonds, they should be listed in a queue like our inventory so we can pick which 1 we want to use. We only get to see 1 at a time. I have to waste rewards to get to the one I want to use.
I made one purchase with diamonds, and it took a week before it even came up because I had so many in my queue unused. I'd prefer to use my rewards when needed. Make an inventory box for our rewards. Thank you

The new daily tasks are really tough and aren't really worth what it gives you. I could just complete my tasks on my own. I don't like it.

I would really like it if you went back to the treasure chest with the gems 💎 instead of having the piggyback that cost almost $20. Which I never get because I can’t afford it. Thank you for this game I really enjoyed it. But it gets kinda of expensive sometimes. ❤

Oh yay, new levels for the sewing and fabric generators. Now I can add another week or two to produce the items at higher levels! Fun fun (not)
Holy moly... items such as Flower that used to be level 6 max are now going up to max level 12. This game is turning into a merge grind struggle rather than a game. Level 12 means 2048 seeds needed. Omg.

I agree. U either pay or wait hrs for 100 lightning bolts that's gone in a min flat n u are still nowhere. N when u get boxes the have small amounts of lighting bolts. Very few items in other boxes . Especially the gift boxes blue n red u wait so long for ..spend weeks or sink tons of money for gems n get screwed. The special event. 2 weeks long, spent hrs daily n money on gems and still couldn't finish. If u don't pay at least 100$ a week u r not getting to the end of it. This game is a fun money racket just like fort nite got sued for!!!!
Yeah, I just started playing this week and the energy runs out so fast!! It seems like it's much cheaper at some point in the day, but I haven't fugured out if it's a new day (after 12am) or after a 24-hour cycle, depending on when you started the game.
Would also like to have a repeat about Hanks baby. Also double tap for bubble items. Why do we need to spend so many gems to trade to obtain the keys. Didn't need to before. Enjoy the game.
I have been stuck in the conservatory for months and am tired of it! I have to buy the flowers because they never show up. This level has frustrated me beyond! If there are tricks to it why not occasionally post those?

All you need to do is to gather two gardening bags to their max and merge them. Then you'll get the golden seed for the seedling kit.
I bet you know how to get the bags. Use the pots to collect normal seeds and every time you have emptied the seeds what is left is one bag.
It takes a lot of work but it was that simple. Wish though there were some instructions or at least clues. I had to search on Google for the solution 😐

I have to complete so many tasks that take sooooo long time to do and then the reward is a tiny plant, or painting a tiny piece of the mosaic etc It's never ending!! 😵 I think this game is more enjoyable only for those who are willing to SPEND MONEY on it 😒

I prefer the old trade page = i just ignore the current one. .. Also, it would be nice if event progress was saved, so we can cont where we left off. .. I am Not going to spend any money on a phone game = i currently just see if i can get more empty storage boxes by completing tasks = otherwise, this game would be too frustrating.

Look up the various merge mansion levels on google. Then itll tell you when you get into the mansion. Im pretty sure its after the conservatory. I forgot since im so far along 😂

You don't HAVE to play the side games at all. Just ignore them and don't accept the gate to go into them.
I’m confused - which level are you talking about in your video?! I’m relatively new and enjoying it, but I’m in the original area in the maze. How much longer does it take to get where you are/talk about?

I am getting bored already. when they only have one box to find in an area and it is an item that takes forever to get, it gets boring. Need to have some instant gratification while working to get those long term items!

I agree, but when you’re working on a level 13 or 14 item, it takes up a lot of room on your board. Working on multiple high-level items you have to delete, delete, delete.

What's Grandma Ursula's biggest mystery? It's the part where grandma Ursula's hand has a written message saying he's still alive? So who is still alive what is she talking about? And most of all why was she framed? Has that mystery ever been solved yet?
I’ve been playing this game since it came out .. like 3/4 years now.. it’s kraa because I usually get tired of games quick!!! I love this game tho!!😅
If you are going to put major plot developments in a side story you need to give much more time to complete it. This is so frustrating. You have the feedback that the ranch is taking a ton of time as it’s so awful and boring, so we need more time to address additional events that are much more fun than the ranch
since the august update, xp-stars are not dropped on level 4 items but instead they are dropped on lvl 7 items. Is this a bug?

The game is back to being unplayable and crashing on opening. The issue got fixed for a couple of weeks in a bug update, but the crashing bug is back. The game will not open even on an iPad with lots of spare memory.

I am trying to get through this greenhouse/ conservatory room! I cannot find the seeds for the initial planting! Nothing I tried leads that direction! Frustrated! Any tips?

All you need to do is to gather two gardening bags to their max and merge them. Then you'll get the golden seed for the seedling kit.
I bet you know how to get the bags. Use the pots to collect normal seeds and every time you have emptied the seeds what is left is one bag.

You need to merge empty seed bags to get a golden seed for the seedling kit. I recommend the Fandom wiki for more tips. Good luck!

Why can't there be a source on how to find something. I don't know how to create the scarabs...it's so boring now after I've been playing for years.
I don't understand all the whining...i rarely play any events and have never purchased anything. I'm almost through the bathroom and am still loving the game. Google the area you're having trouble with to get hints. There's lots of information out there. Stop being so entitled!

Ok trade page gives items I need if I spend gems to skip enough offers but I like to save my gems for other stuff. Right now I'm stuck because I can't find the new item chain. These updates don't help me.

I enjoy this game but have been stuck in the Ranch forever. The carrots are just over the top.
I personally think there are too many side events… I’m still struggling just to get all the outside finished and I don’t feel like I’m ever going to be able to get inside the mansion! It seems like before one side event ends another one starts annoy and although I do well on some of them, a lot of them I don’t even get halfway through so I feel like I’m missing out on story information - such as one in the heck did Hank come back with a “Ba bay”??? I love the game. I think it’s fun but side events are annoying.!!!
I completely agree with you. I don’t waste my time on side events because I would rather just work on my board. The only one I really love is the garage cleanup, which they don’t do anymore.
I do not like the new trade format. For example you have to trade the bucket of brushes( which takes a while to get and traded for coins is a lot for three nails which the value is like 4 coins). Not a fan. 😢

What about the ship and more storage space?
The ship is made after putting two empty bottles together from the peony flowers. The peony flowers drop leaves (which have 8 levels). Youll have to keep doing this over and over tho to make enough ships for the level 4 ship unless you use blue cards. You can always google the charts if you need a visible progression

I love the mystery of the game, so I don't like watching these episodes, especially since I can no longer keep up with the updates, and they are always two or three steps ahead of my progress in the game.
Maybe you can make it more reasonable to get through stuff by having more than 21 moves to clear two boards. Seriously, it's very hard to get through some of these levels.

The well. Tap get a bucket from there, and you'll find all the water stuff.
Go to the well and get the bucket producer. You pay with energy.
