Penny has always been a great speaker. I live in her constituency and have heard her speak many times at different events. She's an effective communicator and has been a wonderful MP for us. I rooted for her in the leadership race and I thought she was ferociously dragged through the mud quite honestly, and it's no wonder because they know she's good!
