Glad to hear that, I cut out alcohol from my life, taking supplements, making dentist appointments. Since I'm taking the supplements I can finally sleep again and my skin got so much better. My vision got better as well and I have more energy. I look more youthful and healthy now and all without any expensive treatments, surgeries or enhancements. No fakeness. Just the authentic me better taken care of.

I am finding I can not tolerate the low vibrations of some people in my life these days. So I am aware I need to temper down how I speak to them. I feel like the DM these days. LOL. I need to let myself let go of old patterns, gracefully speak my mind, keep my boundaries with others who are treading on me, and find more happiness for myself. I have a financial matter that is finally working out after 4 years in my favor. I feel once this is complete, my heart will suddenly be relieved of stress and free to new relationships and opening to new creativity and an ability to relax. Many people depend on me and I am standing my ground. I will always be open to my DM, but he needs to heal and find what makes him happy. Danielle, you are always a wise woman of great advice. Although I have gotten really good with triggers was speaking to a male neighbour and he was talking about other cultures in a racist format I understand at 61 he's been patriarchally brainwashed so I felt like a surge of energy like my inner DM spokea out in a loud voice is this what we teach our kids ... At 54 and female I usually keep my mouth shut due to male ego reactions 😅 I felt powerful but in a good way as my higher self gently reminded me that humanity is waking up .. me and my neighbor are still on good terms 😁

It's really confusing. Wherever I see my DM in person I fell he will hurt me again by acting distant. So I can't help but interact with him on a protective mode. So he seems even more distant. At the same time, whenever I am scared I won't be able to do something, I feel he is very near, bringing answers and encouragement.

After weeks of relaxed, balanced out energy in surrender- not feeling the pull, I started longing to be with my DM again. And during morning meditation - lots of stirring energy in the sacral chakra with the onset of purging. Don’t know what I needed to clear with the purging.
