OMG! Pro freestyle tour Team Model...the pinnacle of the 80s BMX.
Indeed!
Literally my dream bike! I don’t understand why they don’t make cool bikes like this anymore.
True classics!
Great video! Chad’s the man!
Yes he is!
Awesome video thanks from Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺
Nice! Glad I could accommodate Mate!
Hey Charles! I’m from Melbourne also! Do you have and ride GT’s also?
Turned out SICK! Chad is a great guy and he knows what he is doing. Can’t wait to see the bike in the end!
Thanks. And Yep, Chads the man. Terrific guy to work with.
Right now I’m building a 97 performer, green splash paint…
As much as I love the original paint, it really needs a refinishing, and I didn’t have much hope for anything close to the original paint scheme. Seeing this guy’s dyno…gives me that hope. The technology has come a long way
I really love your frame though that’s so nice
Thank you. The splash paint is extremely difficult to do and match for sure. That’s a tough decision..
That frame looked like it had been sprayed years ago and then been in the Sun. Glad he had the decency to get it redone……😎
It was a different shop that powdered it the first time
@@orlandopowderroom2846 Yes it was.
Exactly. I’m so glad Chad hooked me up.
Correct. Orlando Powder Room fixed the botched job.
@@bmxfreestylefanatic The job you got done is excellent. I’m happy for you…😎
Awesome video
Thank you 🙏🏻
I had a GT Performer that faded black to blue. Excell wheels. It was so nice. Never shoulda sold it.
Wow..
Great video
Thank you! 🙏🏻
Chad in Orlando powercoat in the best in the world.
Yes.
Good vid. I have the same problem on my 87 PFT in dayglo pink. Not as bad as yours but noticeably lighter in areas which i have now learnt it not enough thickness on the pink.
Thanks. Yes, I got educated really quick when I met Chad at one of the BMX shows.
You do know that from factory they all were lighter in those spots. You could faintly see the white base in areas.
@@marklalama653 Agreed. But mine was way off according to a lot of people who saw the bike up close. Especially in the sun.
Nice!
You do know that the DayGlow’s from new in 87 were always lighter on the colour in those areas on the frame.
Yes. But mine was way worse.
I’d not touch that bicycle I’d save another model lol next build lmao
Man you power coat some sexy bicycles saving the 90s one bicycle at a time
Thx
Who did the original powder coat? Just curious. Nice color! Great build.
Let’s just say I had it done by a well known powder coater.
Does it end with a 4?
@@atrains And start with a C ? 🤣🤣🤣
Awesome video
Thanks Chad! 👍
