cameron anthony That's quite awesome that you turned your life around so early. I've struggled with drugs myself but when you are baptized with the seal of the Holy Spirit nothing is impossible. It's not looked at as an imperative in the church but I encourage you to read the word of God for yourself beginning with the New Testament. I recommend the ESV. Knowing the word for yourself is your strongest move in being prepared to defend your faith, which is commanded in 1 Peter 3:15. And remember your strongest weapon against the devil is God, so prayer is extremely important because you're asking for God's help so pray for help in every hindrance to your faith that you see. The power of prayer is so much greater than people give it credit so don't forget to ask for the help of the living God. God bless you man. I'll be praying for you and your family. I don't get it, what's the point of praising God (if he exists), he doesn't do anything. And it's worse than that, he's supposed to be able to do stuff and be all loving, but doesn't lift a finger when it's most needed. And he can't even create lifeforms without being sick in the head. Why make insects that lay eggs inside other insects so they can rip out of it like in the film "alien", amongst many other things such as animals eating each other to survive. Why not just conclude their is no god, at least not one that manifests in our universe in any detectable way.

Countless lives have been changed by the power of a loving God. I pray even now that He would reveal Himself and you would believe instead of speaking against Him in the same place people are praising Him. Christ paid for all your sins past, present and future. You live under Grace not the law. Salvation is Christ nothing more. When you belong to Christ the Holy Spirit will lead you to live right. Some sins are sins of omission which you may not even really be aware of committing. Don't fall under the law. With Christ in your heart you have a desire to live right.

I was depressed and sad before I knew God, I believed in Christ but did not take it seriously. I thought to myself, isn't there more to life than this. I was once lost but now I am found. I am 15 and I am joyful everyday that there is someone always caring about me and loving me.
I remember singing this in my school Music Ministry (school church choir, a club option, but it was small when I was there) and I would sing my heart out (compared to the other songs i sang (except Christmas)) because I loved the beat, the lyrics the melody, everything! I even suggested it to be played at my church! (Kids were separted from the adults for learning about the Bible and singing/praying) Noone knew the lyrics though, :(. Though I never went back there because they didnt have the option there ( probably because we didnt seem or sound good (almost everyone stared at us on our weakest point of singing or our LOUDEST point of singing)). I was depressed and sad before I knew God, I believed in Christ but did not take it seriously. I thought to myself, isn't there more to life than this. I was once lost but now I am found. I am 15 and I am joyful everyday that there is someone always caring about me and loving me.

I remember singing this in my school Music Ministry (school church choir, a club option, but it was small when I was there) and I would sing my heart out (compared to the other songs i sang (except Christmas)) because I loved the beat, the lyrics the melody, everything! I even suggested it to be played at my church! (Kids were separted from the adults for learning about the Bible and singing/praying) Noone knew the lyrics though, :(. Though I never went back there because they didnt have the option there ( probably because we didnt seem or sound good (almost everyone stared at us on our weakest point of singing or our LOUDEST point of singing)).
