I wouldn't be able to find pandan flavor where I live, but I bet this would be lovely with peach and fresh peaches! Really a shame pandan isn't more common in my part of America. I've had a pandan flavored treat, and seen extract used in several recipes. Haven't had money to order any, though! Looks really good and very pretty!
