Minkah looked a 5th year senior when he was a freshman at Alabama. One of my favorites to ever play at Alabama.

4:30 i agree with Dawkins. What he is trying achieve here is to take out his opponent, mentally. You get hit like Crumpler did from Dawkins and you probably wouldnt want to go up for that seam route for the rest of the game. He might’ve caught the ball from what the clip showed, but he got the worst of it from that hit cause Dawkins was a punisher from his position.
I watched that game live on tv when it happened. NFC conference championship game. Alge Crumpler wasn’t the same the rest of the game. The hit at the time of it happening seemed like Crumpler died. 😭😭
Same as how Earl Thomas hit on Gronk in Seahawks v Patriots game. If you're smaller bodied man going up against bigger moving guys, you could go fly up to him and make hardest hit/tackle on him, that impact would make the bigger guy's velocity to an immediate zero mph or in other words to dead stop. Btw ET hit on Gronk is almost similiar as he aims for the chest/possible location of the ball.
@@Fuegolino He prolly got concussion from it, look at Earl THomas hit on Gronk in SEA v Pats in 2016, Gronk felt the impact as well

Even though BDawk don't have alot of titles his characters and passion as player on and off the field made him the HoF he is.
As bad a dude as Dawkins is you can tell the respect minkah has for him humbles him
2 of my favorite players. Weapon X will always be a legend. And the things Fitzpatrick did at Alabama, we will always love him for that. Roll Tide and fly eagles fly.

First of all you don't need handful of SB rings and titles to be in the HoF, all you need is resilience, hard work, dedication and good character, and obviously spent a long time playing in the league. Dawkins went through a lot in his life too, that's why he deserves it, while he himself does not think of being in the HoF.
