I think that statement is false. This music can be understood and enjoyed by anybody that does just that, enjoys it. Musical preference and "techno/electronic acumen" are not the prerequisites to enjoying this.
Well try and play this track to people who listen to cheap Greek songs or crappy pop music they will never understand it. Petar Dundov has a techno style on his own which is unique he never sold or modify his style to commercial crap in order to ''sell more'' or attract more fans, no he want's quality and listeners who understand his music that's why it is not for everybody, in my opinion Petar is close to be a true master.
