I've never felt more seen by Oats than at the very end of this video. But for real though, yeah people who live for drama are beyond saving. They only argue to keep stirring the pot, not to actually resolve anything. That's why the majority of what they say makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. It's not meant to!
“ I know there’s a bunch of people in here in their 30s in the 40s so I’m hitting the right demographic.”
Damn
Today on Oas and Goats...
BREAKING NEWS! PEOPLE ARE SHIT!
rofl "I watch Oatsngoats for the news". its hilarious when you go off on rants and stuff, always entertaining. i feel ya on the getting old and irritated by stupid people thing... people just dont have respect for anything anymore, its very disappointing.
I thought this was a cycle of aging people noticing things older generations always knew, but no;
It's gotten worse, standards have dropped, and older groups are getting more audacious.
You can't demand respect, that's something you earn but decency can be demanded. Alas nobody teaches people to be decent any more.
In the context of the video he showed, that lady had no respect for the other person's privacy or boundries. The person was clearly trying to avoid and just get on with her life, but that crazy lady wouldn't let her be. Some level of respect SHOULD be a given. But for the most part, i do agree with respect is earned. Maybe i am thinking more of (un)common decency and not so much respect, like you said... i dunno, in either case, don't be a dingus haha
@@pianoman7753 seems like it's been a steady decline in the past number of years, it's just way more noticable now cause everyone has a phone that can make videos, and everyone uploads everything to the internet.
tourists are banned in Kyoto starting later this year because of dumb shit like this.
also because of certain UA-camrs shouting war crimes
Bruh. Japan has strict photography restrictions for this exact reason. You actually don't have the right to photograph in public in Japan outright like you do in the US. And it's generally frowned upon, especially without express consent of the subject and/or property owner.
US: Morally questionable
Japan: Legally questionable
1:52 this is why all the best resteraunts in Japan have signs saying "we serve Japanese citizens only" or something similar.
Tourists ruining it for everyone else. Just, idk, ASK first? Not that hard.
real talk oats i have a crush on you please notice me
I didn't see it before this so when he was talking about the video of the person in japan, I was really hoping that the person wasn't an American. I knew though... I knew.
Sometimes, I feel blessed that I don't have that kind of feed in my yt shorts lmao
Nah Oats, you don't sound old. I'm 67 and I definitely agree with you on that.
I'm nearing 42. This video was made for me!
man you just said "a bunch of old people in here in their thirties" and my fucking bones turned to dust thanks oats
Are you presuming that all the other talks were fake? I'm appalled
Wow! A real metroid monday
IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS, OAS
SMILE FOR THE CAMERA
"I watch Oatsngoats for the *culture!"*
Yep, people are animals. Civilization can only do so much to keep their impulses in check for so long.
BASED.
...
You don't watch OatsnGoats for the news? Shoot I'm old too...
The only thing I saw was a crazy lady in a mask treating some other lady who wasn't wearing a mask like trash. I've heard the ones wearing masks accusing others of murder. I was delivering pizza at the time, so I was at gas stations and in the public as a job and saw a lot of gross behavior, mostly from people high-on-their-horse wearing masks. I had a mask on as a requirement for my job in those days, but I was not on their side because they repulsed me on a daily basis.
It was also protocol to place their food on the porch for "contact free" delivery to prevent disease spread, but I wasn't sick. They used it as an excuse to not tip me, and I don't see how putting their food on the ground would save them from germs. Way to save the world, now your food is inches away from the door mat you wiped dog poop off your shoes with.
It was the Stanford prison experiment on a global scale.
"How mad can people get at each other over almost nothing?" The answer? Infinitely, lol
@@Monstylicious Didn't need COVID for that, just gotta spend a couple hours browsing the more toxic corners of the internet to see some results. Twitter is the usual culprit people cite with that sort of thing but, let's be real, it's not exclusive to just Twitter.
