Thank you for this informative video! Would love to see how you plan your curriculum for the whole year- how do you map out visually what units/lessons to teach for each grade?
Great suggestion! I do have a provided curriculum from my district but have freedom on how I lay it out. More info in this video Managing the Mess: Art Teacher Q&A Part 2- Answering Your Questions ua-cam.com/video/RaWrvcJxbuc/v-deo.html
i had a ton of those rainbow organizers from when i was a classroom teacher and used them to store task cards. when i switched to art, i gave all the task cards away but kept the organizers. i saw you prepping supplies in them this summer on instagram and i decided to try it too. I’ve been a little nervous about students breaking the clasps on the smaller individual boxes, but so far it’s working great. i have a set for construction paper crayons too. i wish they were long enough for colored pencils!
Impressive video, Managing the Mess with Katie Jarvis. Looking forward to seeing your next upload from you. I smashed the thumbs up button on your content. Keep up the fantastic work! Your strategies for organizing supplies are so practical. Have you considered how different organizational methods might affect student engagement during projects?

The clasps are not strong at all but I love the color coding and that it fits in that larger case. Thank you so much for watching! 😃
I love the Crayola SuperTip markers. I have the 50 pack and a 20 pack of Pastel SuperTips
Excellent 😊
Thanks 😊

Yes it's easy if you can afford this stuff and also I use tempra cakes now not liquid paint. so much easier.
The three sectioned containers that your oil pastels are in….. did those also come from Dollar tree?
Yes! I think two came packaged together for $1.25. It the plastic container section.
