The best part of this story was this man giving his guys credit. Not to take anything away from his story. But I think many corporations lose sight of that and end up losing amazing people. At the end of the day a truck is a truck but the guys and gals that work hard day in day out that make a business successful.
A friend of mine (owner operator), years ago, used to bring chemicals to a plant where I used to work down south. We sent him to get a load one day and the secretary at the place he loaded at said to him, "I'm looking at the rate you're charging and it's almost double of what we normally see", he was quick to open her office door and point at the brand new W900 and new polished stainless tanker parked out front and said, "ma'am, that's my truck and trailer, it represents who I am and how I make my living. I take pride in what I do for my customers and that set-up isn't cheap". She just handed him his paperwork and told him to have a nice day.
Much respect to this guy I love and admire the grit and the no quit. The hard work shows with a bad ass fleet like that. Love the story and thanks for the inspiration. Hope to run into you guys out there on the road someday. Shout out to The Asian Mai Show for putting on this channel and giving the trucking community a platform to share their story.
This a GREAT STORY. To get the WHOLE STORY on dude makes me respect him EVEN MORE. I've met him at show or 2,and his drivers I've met are good cats too!! Great job Vinnie and congratulations. I wish you MUCH SUCCESS.
I must say great interview. Pride in his driver's and company. I have been driving for almost 30 years and feel the same way. Hat's off to him and his company. On a lighter note I play a trucking simulator and purchased a mod that is modeled from his trucks and trailers.
I've seen his trucks while rolling to Milwaukee, usually his blue n orange one. His stuff is clean. Tried to talk to him on the CB while we were going down the road
Just goes to show, when you believe in something and go for it, the doors will open!!! Great story and I like the fact that each truck is uniquely different 👌 Great job!!!
Perfect analogy. Your trucks are beautiful and your story about hard work and success is awesome. My dad always told me growing up you can tell a lot about a person just by looking at how they keep their vehicle. Our company vehicles were always clean inside and out.
WOW just WOW ......Real worth is in hard work. Humble beginnings make great people. This is a story that should be heard. Good work MT. Keep kicking ASS for the small guy.😎🏴☠️
Awesome interview !! This gentlemen is top notch and I like how he compliments and speaks highly about his team ( his employees ) . It's wonderful how he talks about everyone taking pride in what they do and being professional .
saw an old documentary about iowa 80 truck show. he had that orange pete and he said he wasn't never going back since couldn't win and now he has the sickest trucks and fleet !! !! great job
I used to run courier route between Jax & Orlando in the middle of the night. I would periodically see one of Rollin's trucks on 95. They are sweet to look at.
After you put up the video of Cletus, I instantly thought of these guys. They have the nicest fleet in the world. My favorite will always be the purple and black Pete. "Tough act to follow" is the name.
You did it!! You sob you did it!! You caught the elusive Vinnie on camera! Haha think the last time he was caught on film was when he drove the OG. He's good people though, met him once in Tucumcari NM very down to earth and humble.
Would love to run for a company like this with cool trucks and solid owners. On my app in the skills section I’d put “I don’t keep jogging pants or flip flops in my truck. Ever.” Lol!
Once again guys droppin some jewels!! Your equipment is your rolling business card & how you present it to your customers is key, not to mention it makes our industry look good too!! Great interview brotha!! Keep em comin muthatrukka💯🎯👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾💪🏾🚛💨💨😎👊🏾
I love love love two of Vinnie trucks the 359 and the blue & orange 389. My all time favorite working shows trucks even got the 1/64 scale model trucks. Really enjoyed this interview wish it went a little longer.
I would work for this guy in a heartbeat. He wouldn't ask you to do anything he hasn't already done himself 100 times. Values are spot on. No sweatpants, no flip-flops. Both the truck and the driver need to look professional. And you gotta take care of your Mama. She brought you in to this world, she raised you, took care of you, you are where you are today because believe me she sacrificed.
Alex you in the big leagues now.The workmans,Kimball,Vinnie?Shidd only ones really left now is Gauge,Keeler,Al Amin brothers or Leslie..great Job brother
Best sentence was he’s only as good as the guys under him !!!! Lot of company’s don’t get that they want to look cool but look how many drivers they go threw says it all !!!!!
I remember seeing Vinnie on the trk DVDs back in the day. Wow Vinnie made big moves, ain't no half stepping here!!! Good interview, y'all take care God bless. Is Vinnie related to Kiegan?
I've been driving for 6 years making $0.70 a mile running north east and west I got to get my own truck I love hearing the stories it's time for me to make a story on my own
You should consider becoming a voice for the trucking industry by entering into politics should you decide never ever compromise your God-given talents and gifts.
Awesome guy and company. You should interview Jeremy Gouge with IMT transport out of garner Iowa. I believe there will be a truck show up there in a couple weeks.
Would impress the hell out of me if they would tell ya how many drivers have retired from their company or the guy with highest Longevity pay.Now that would be rare.

You’ve officially got my view/support forever… you now have the most important interview on UA-cam in my opinion when it comes to trucking! Wow!
That red floor is flawless!!! The inside of that black truck is gorgeous, Iove it. I would love to have to drive that.
This is the best interview I’ve ever seen of a trucker driver / company owner spoke the truth and kept it real . Amazing man my hats off to him .

Perfect analogy. Your trucks are beautiful and your story about hard work and success is awesome. My dad always told me growing up you can tell a lot about a person just by looking at how they keep their vehicle. Our company vehicles were always clean inside and out.
It's pride a driver has. It makes your daily so much better

WOW just WOW ......Real worth is in hard work. Humble beginnings make great people. This is a story that should be heard. Good work MT. Keep kicking ASS for the small guy.😎🏴☠️
He has one of the sexiest fleets out there!!!
If we don’t learn anything from this we learned “I just love trucks” ….Do what you love and life we be great
Your best interview to date. Great story. I love the sweat pants/flip flops line because that’s a rule that we have for our drivers.

Great interview. Always a thrill to see a Rollin’ truck out on the road.
I would do anything to drive a truck like any of his. Like his famous quote "often imitated never duplicated" that's damn straight
You did it!! You sob you did it!! You caught the elusive Vinnie on camera! Haha think the last time he was caught on film was when he drove the OG. He's good people though, met him once in Tucumcari NM very down to earth and humble.
I saw the boat hauler and that super sleeper Pete on I94 in Michigan one night. Was really cool to see
And?
Would love to run for a company like this with cool trucks and solid owners. On my app in the skills section I’d put “I don’t keep jogging pants or flip flops in my truck. Ever.” Lol!
If you had those things in your ride you'd be driving a Turban Suburban (Volvo), and not one of his Pete's. 👍
