    Found a recipe on the internet that's enough to fill and frost a two layer cake (which is what I am making). Along with your illustration, I am looking forward to a delicious cake.

      You can always double or triple a recipe, just multiply it by 2 or 3. If 500g was used you can multiply it by 2 and get 1000g, do it for all the ingredients used. Hope this helps you next time.

      Multiply the recipe by 5 or 6.
      That should be enough.

    Can you add things like coffee to it aswell if you were using it for a coffe cake or lemon zest if it was for a lemon cake

    Hey am new here and i was making cakes very good but if it's come on frosting icing is too sweet which my clients complains so been searching for this and hope it will help me through cause today am making cake with 4 layers

      It needs on what your are measuring
      1 cup is 200g of sugar
      1 cup is 125g of flour
      1 cup is 125ml of water /milk

      No, I wouldn’t recommend it. But you can try and replace the butter with shortening. It can pipe some flowers.

      1. You can try adding a bit of purple, it helps to cancel out the yellow color.
      2. You can use shortening instead of butter.

      If you are using unsalted you can add 1/8tsp of salt.

    Ingredients
    75 grams of sugar
    15 grams of all purpose flower
    3/4 cup of milk 170ml
    Tsp of vanilla extract
    Boil till thick
    Wrap it till cold
    110 grams of butter 1/2 cup
    Whip butter till fluffy or for 3 mins
    Keep adding the mixture from a spoon and mix
