No, it's not compulsory. It's only for those who are not having their marksheets at the moment. If you have your original marksheets of 10th, 12th and graduation, then you don't need the bonafide certificate.
Not at all... whenever u r not comfortable with English speak in hindi and then again comes to English...basic mistakes that candidate do is they don't return on English again...all over what matter is exactly confidence....if u cant speak English confidently then speak hindi freely...but don't loose ur confidence only becoz of English....best of luck..
