Women feel the deepest when at work about their kids, much more than men. Women are expected and want to be there for their kids. But we as a species and culture , need Dads to participate in a way that values their kid's growing up experiences as much as Mom's do. So far, we as a society, and especially the kids themselves, expect and need Mom there more than Dads.

When Lisa told her daughter, “I wish I could stay” as a working Mom I felt every bit of that guilt.
