- About 9 months ago, I posted a video on trying to get Windows XP (64-bit) on UEFI firmware, with Secure Boot enabled. Problem is, that video is nearly unwatchable by my standards today. So I decided to remake it, and slow it down.

Uefi is easy enough for me to recreate, that whole linux terminal shenanigans to generate secureboot keys not so much I would have trouble even if I followed it to a t lol

Could this be done On a real machine with only uefi mode and no csm , like I do steps in VMware then clone it to my ssd ?
Yes, it would probably be possible if you could capture XP in a WIM and deploy it or something
Graphics could break if you don't have a compatible GPU though
Also you could have used a very nice tool called sbctl to automatically create keys, enroll them, and sign boot files with simple commands
cant get past the 0f error in the boot menager, you said to redo the bcd but it still hasnt resolved anything, do you know a possible issue?
When you say that handling secure boot keys is dangerous, you are talking about actual hardware, right? Can your steps be attempted on a virtual machine without any issues? Even if you haven't completely cleared the dbx?
I am talking about real hardware, if you mess up a VM you can just delete it or roll back a snapshot
do RevertT. it's RevertSV but from Windows 10 to Windows 8.1 instead of 11 to 10 (it's called RevertT because of the Windows 10 codename, Threshold)
yeah nice idea do with ltsb 2015 it ends support at same time as 22h2 but has the 8.1 remants.

This is probably a UEFI implementation issue if you did all the steps corrrectly, not much can be done to fix this :(

-4 GB of RAM DDR3
-Core i5-2400 Processor
-Gigabyte H61M-S2P Motherboard
-Intel HD 2000 Graphics Card
-500 GB WD BLUE HDD
... I saw UEFI compatibility for graphics card in GPUZ and I found that graphics card supports UEFI
Try using UefiSeven ( github.com/manatails/uefiseven ), apparently it can fix various issues with UEFI graphics on non-EFI supported OSes, such as Windows 7 (and XP ofc)

A cool video idea would be to get windows xp outlook express working propeply. I tried it myself and I was able to get it working with outlook
OE doesn't have necessary security to connect to modern email providers.
@@DanTDMJace when I wrote this comment outlook didn't require SPA(Secure Password Authentication) which doesn't work propeply on outlook express but gmail works just fine without SPA (for now). And if you're talking about connecting to the actual servers you just need modern certificates.

Most likely yes, though I'd imagine it would be easier to just make a video driver that does software 3D acceleration (similar to SoftGPU for Win9x) rather than patching closed source system executables.
