I'm not a fan of A/C compressors with the internal clutch. Makes it hard to tell if it's working or not. Visual indicators make diag go by so much easier.

Maybe disconnect the battery for a little bit and reconnect. After all those modules being faulty it may have triggered the check engine signal. That worked for my with my truck after I fixed all the code problems.
Great info. A/C season is here early in NH. Western Star with a c15, wrong trinary, and bad fan timing parameters today.
