Great take on this new signing! I hope Kerolin will not only help City, but get back to her full potential after her ACL. As much as I just love and favor Jill Roord, I genuinely think she’s had an amazing comeback especially for an ACL when you look at, like you said, Mead, Williamson, Kerr, etc. in terms of goal contributions and overall fitness, so I really hope Kerolin can impact City in a good way and help us get a trophy this year. You guys were right in that we can’t play all 4 competitions at one time, we could definitely use a deeper bench, and Gareth Taylor will have to make some “sacrifices” in order to win something this season. Perfectly done video as always guys!
Thanks for the lovely comment! Glad you enjoyed the video! Completely agree regarding Roord; she hasn't looked phased by the injury. If Kerolin can do the same, she will be a useful addition for Manchester City!
great signing but once again the problem with city is not their offense but their defensive line and that their midfielders don't play defense ...the only exception is hasegawa...but her awesomeness should be playing more forward but can't because they got no defense
Disagree that Hasegawa should play higher - she is one of the best holding midfielders in the world - but agree that City's midfield structure is unbalanced for the system. With both fullbacks attacking, they could do with another more defensive midfielder for rest defence and to prevent conceding in transitional moments!
comment got deleted but pretty much hasegawa is box to box but in fifa i had her as cam but because we have no cdm i literally had to bring caprice as cdm and hasegawa as a box to box and play a 4-2-4 formation just so i had defense and could have hasegawa be part of the attack
Injuries are the wild cards of women's football, impossible to predict. City have very poor centre backs with Greenwood out, which is an issue if Taylor want to use wingbacks and refuses to use any other formation, ever. This has to be the priority. Harry's comment about a "pool of wingers" is astute: hard to see much overall difference in level between the options. All are solid, none are brilliant. One thing is certain: get the ball to Bunny or Viv, goals will come.
EXACTLY! City is doing everything except properly fortify the backline... we NEED 2 solid defenders with Knaak... we need a new coach too, someone innovative... attack is not City's main issue, the back leaking is the greatest issue... develop Murphy, rotate Fowler, Fujino with Viv, Bunny, Hempo
It looks like she will. We have done a video previously on Kelly if you want our full thoughts! Can't see any way back, especially now Kerolin has joined.
Hello it’s Mohamed it’s very good signing for Man City they for them Man City loura Hemb are missing and they missing few players I am not Man City fan Liverpool fc is my team when is men’s transfers closed 31 January 2025 when is women transfer closed? Do Liverpool need left back Lucy Perry doing well about Lucy Perry it’s good she back but is good job Matt beard told her only 45 minutes she just came back from injuries it’s best not risk Lucy parry
True! All seems to hinge on her fitness. Probably rules out any possible deal for Jule Brand now but Kerolin is on the same level when she's on it. Will be interesting to see!

@@zezmcguffin5190 as a replacement for Chloe Kelly ? Naaah
Love watching Kerolin play. Can’t wait to see her against Europe’s best.
Should be interesting to see what she can add for Manchester City!
Great video guys
Thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed it!🙌

I think Chloe Kelly must still be a great player. She has to play if she want to go to the European Championship.
Agreed! Said the same in our Chloe Kelly video. Needs to be playing regularly in the next 6 months

Guys what's your thoughts on kelly you think she leaving this window

The women's transfer window closes at 11pm on January 30th!👍
Who is Loura Hemb ?
Still have time for Chloe Kelly to decide her future in the lionesses @TheWomensFootballChat
Risky signing as she's not featured alot in 2024. If she stays injury free tho that is a worldclass piece of business.

Nah , Chloe Kelly is the solution, Man city has a strong midfield
they do ? in what way they have a strong midfield outside of hasegawa
@ hey Mr. DJ can you mention who are playing midfield in Man City ?
@ lionesses midfielders
Not sure what you are talking about. Hemp hasnt got great numbers. Endeavour yes. Stopping leaking goals is the issue. They score enough goals to win.
She averages a goal contribution every game in the WSL. That's not that bad...🤷♂️
