@@SSTOC thanks for the kind words!! I’m so busy with family stuff and work stuff it’s hard to make videos. I’m still teaching piano and gigging full time for work. I have 50 students at the moment so let me know if you have any questions as you start to teach!!
Hope/vote for affordable healthcare options(kidding haha). so this tough. I worked as a shift supervisor at Starbucks for a while. Only need 20 hours a week for benefits. But I left like a year ago because I’m on my wife’s health insurance and I had enough music work to justify it. It’s a challenge of any free lance worker unfortunately. I have friends who are freelance musicians who pay for private insurance out of pocket like you would car insurance but it’s pretty expensive. Thanks for stopping by, I hope this was helpful!
If you’re wanting to teach privately it’s a great add on. I had 10-12 students while working full time at Starbucks for several years. Which only added like 5 hours to my work week while I was gaining experience
This guy deserves way more subscribers. I'm just getting into private lessons and this was super helpful!

Thanks for this video
How do you suggest finding the best way to insure myself for private lessons?
