Don't worry about the diet, these are completely healthy. I broke the cookies before putting them in the food processor, so all the calories fell out ;) So eat my balls without any guilt hehehe
I make these using melted vanilla/almond bark, but I know I would like your version of this delicious treat, too. Also, I use toothpicks to dip the balls in the melted mixture. Thank you for sharing your recipes.
Just a tip that I found works great! Take a plastic fork and cut the middle prongs out, it makes it simple to take the balls out of the chocolate without getting your hands dirty. :D
We just made these and ate our first one. They are excellent!!!!! and easy. Kind of like chocolate cheesecake bites covered in chocolate. We live in Mexico and couldn't find the chocolate for melting so we used chocolate chips. Had to add a little butter and milk to get the correct consistency but it worked out. Good job Onepot!
I make these often - try it you will love it! I make them for a family gathering every year, always the rave and the first dessert to disappear. I made 150 once and not one was left. A few tips, make them smaller than you think it should be since dippling in chocolate makes them bigger. Also, try using two forks to dip in the chocolate to make it neater. Make sure they are really cold, almost frozen before dipping. You can use mint oreos for a change too. Thanks for the great video!
Made a batch of these today and decked them out like your marshmallow puddings with the use of red and green Rattlesnakes..tastes so good that now my dad wants me to make some for his work Christmas lunch lol :) Awesome recipe thank you
@supermoonlight2129 Yeah, this happened when the video was originally uploaded. Some sort of error with UA-cam's video processing system at the time :)
Add 1 - 2 teaspoons of rum to the mixture while in the food processor. If you are worried about alcohol content, use imitation rum flavoring (available from the supermarket in the cake supplies aisle)
You're really awesome, i love all your recipes, I'm so bad at cooking but after watching your videos i can actually cook now because your recipes are so easy and tummy 💟
@varlyte32 Cream Cheese is a soft, white cheese. Sold in blocks. Made by "Kraft" - unfortunately I have no idea where to get it in Lithuania, but I'm sure you can do a bit of research on Google and find it somewhere :)
@jasmine629 You'll find them in the baking needs aisle of your local supermarket. It's not quite the same as regular eating chocolate, as it's made specifically for melting ;)
Form Tha "'cookie dough" around a whole almond and dip them, using a toothpick, into bittersweet melted chocolate. Before the chocolate sets up sprinkle with finely shredded coconut, if coconut is to your liking. You could also use a pecan or walnut half in place of the almond, or a small piece of dried fruit, such as montmorency cherries. Golden Oreo "dough" dipped in white chocolate is also delicious. This recipe is so versatile. Just use your imagination. These make great Christmas gifts for your sweet-toothed friends and family. Thank you, OPC, for another stellar recipe.
@30bazz - no you cannot use a blender, as blenders don't have big enough blades or enough power. Sorry mate, might have to borrow someone's processor (or invest in one for yourself) Hope this helps ;)
@kalenbr7 I'm not familiar with Irish brands, but you should be able to find some suitable melting chocolate (sometimes called compound chocolate) in the baking aisle at the supermarket ;)
@snotofthedragon I've never tried using peanut butter with this recipe, so I'm not sure. It might work, but I can't be sure. Give it a go and see what happens ;)
If you don't want to get your hands dirty, you can use a bamboo skewer or a toothpick to dip the balls into the chocolate. A cousin made these at our family reunion a couple of weeks ago and they're so delicious!
just made these :) with oreo's and i used melted choco chips and strawberry and vanilla frosting let me tell you they all disappeared thank you soo much AND i doudt i'd be asking for salad in a week keep up the good work

No, I didn't really have time to plan a Christmas Video this year. It was hard squeezing in the Chocolate Balls video to be honest! Hope the Balls make up for it though ;)
Don't worry about the diet, these are completely healthy.
I broke the cookies before putting them in the food processor, so all the calories fell out ;)

You are by far my favorite chef!
Karen Davis my favourite chef too. All chefs are patronising and superior, except this lovely lovely man
Your recipes are so easy and simple to make. I have learnt so much from you. Many thanks.
I use a slotted spoon to dip the balls, less mess on the fingers.
I make the peanut butter variety, but these look even yummier.
* scoffing them down their gobs* hilarious!
i just look how you make your recipes seemed so simple, with simple ingredients...they were really helpful...thanks!
If I cooked for you everyday, you'd be begging for salad after a week LOL
I make these using melted vanilla/almond bark, but I know I would like your version of this delicious treat, too. Also, I use toothpicks to dip the balls in the melted mixture. Thank you for sharing your recipes.
Just a tip that I found works great!

these are fantastic, thank you One Pot Chef luv your recipes
I think these are great to put in a box and give as a gift. They are on the level with fancy boxed chocolates.
We just made these and ate our first one. They are excellent!!!!! and easy. Kind of like chocolate cheesecake bites covered in chocolate. No problem - you're versions sounded yum!
I saw this and my mouth watered!! Definitely trying this one out, will be making them as a treat for Christmas Eve!
Made a batch of these today and decked them out like your marshmallow puddings with the use of red and green Rattlesnakes..tastes so good that now my dad wants me to make some for his work Christmas lunch lol :) Awesome recipe thank you
His eyes are absolutely gorgeous. Such a striking color.
@supermoonlight2129 Yeah, this happened when the video was originally uploaded. Some sort of error with UA-cam's video processing system at the time :)
@aymp1982 Yes, store them in the fridge (in an airtight container)
Add 1 - 2 teaspoons of rum to the mixture while in the food processor. If you are worried about alcohol content, use imitation rum flavoring (available from the supermarket in the cake supplies aisle)
@threatchao16 No, most blenders are not powerful enough. You really need to use a food processor for best results ;)
The moment i saw OnePotChef talking, I immediately trusted him with food. Yay I love baking, Thanks for these easy recipes Mr. :)
Your recipes are so unique ,different and easy to made,I really like you as well as your recipes.
Merry Christmas to you too!

@varlyte32 Cream Cheese is a soft, white cheese. Sold in blocks. Made by "Kraft" - unfortunately I have no idea where to get it in Lithuania, but I'm sure you can do a bit of research on Google and find it somewhere :)
@oppsi19 1) No, you can't use a blender. It's not powerful enough. 2) Yes, you can use white chocolate, milk chocolate or dark chocolate ;)
I made these with peanut butter instead of the cream cheese and they turned out wonderful. Thanks for sharing the recipe
@pyston Yes, you can use White Chocolate :)
Absolutely - sounds lovely :)
@rebbyjenny Ther is a weight measurement in the video description ;)
No problem - glad you enjoyed it ;)
@threatchao16 A blender isn't strong enough to mix the ingredients correctly. You need to use a food processor.
@00lilili If you put the chocolate coated balls in the fridge, the chocolate should set.
@jasmine629 You'll find them in the baking needs aisle of your local supermarket. It's not quite the same as regular eating chocolate, as it's made specifically for melting ;)
I made this for my friends and they loved it. Thank you for the great recipe!

I will definitely be making these this week, great addition to Christmas gifts baskets!
@30bazz - no you cannot use a blender, as blenders don't have big enough blades or enough power. Sorry mate, might have to borrow someone's processor (or invest in one for yourself)
Hope this helps ;)
No problem - hope you enjoy them ;)
@Nangeala I've never tried it with mascarpone before, but I imagine it should work well.
@ChristinaAntoniou Lucky Mum! I hope she enjoys them!
Glad you enjoyed it!
@kalenbr7 I'm not familiar with Irish brands, but you should be able to find some suitable melting chocolate (sometimes called compound chocolate) in the baking aisle at the supermarket ;)

@mormonlaxer14 You can use either :)
@TheAionFilms Allow the slice to stand for a few minutes on the kitchen counter, and use a hot knife to slice gently ;)
These are great as gifts - everyone will love them ;)
doe's it only to me that man looks very happy when cooking thumbs up if you agree :)
@snotofthedragon I've never tried using peanut butter with this recipe, so I'm not sure. It might work, but I can't be sure. Give it a go and see what happens ;)

@snotofthedragon I think I'll give your version a go, it sounds delicious!
@detailsfromme No, you need to use the cream cheese ;)
its like a different version of cake balls! sweet!!
@glumur96 Because blenders have weaker motors than food processors.
Merry Christmas to you too - see you in the New Year ;)
@haunyboy117 No, you need to use chocolate or it won't set ;)
Made these today and WOW simply amazing so so easy to make yum!

@jngwatson You can use toothpicks if you want to avoid chocolate on your fingers ;)
These look so good.

@tata2z Light Cream Cheese will be fine, it tastes the same - it's just lower in fat ;)
You were right! LOVE THE HOLIDAY balls!
Yes, but make sure it's a really strong blender. You may need to make the mixture in smaller batches to make sure everything gets nicely mixed ;)

Merry Christmas, enjoy your holiday :D
That reminds me are you going to upload another "A Very One Pot Chef Christmas" video? Last years was HILARIOUSS!! I showed it to my family they loved it XD
Also I think a splash of baileys in the mixture would be amazing too
@horselover99100 These can be made in a bout an hour or so ;)
Glad you enjoyed them ;)
LOL you win a Chocolate Christmas Ball!!!
You have a beautiful glow in your skin today. Your hair looks amazing and you have beautiful blue eyes An amazing smile ! I absolutely love your videos. You are so good at cooking. And you make it simple for all of us. Thank you so much! You are amazing!
@cindydancer96 It makes it easier on the food processor ;)
@randomnessgurl46 If you melt chocolate in the microwave, you must do it in short bursts and stir every 30 seconds to prevent burning ;)
No, I didn't really have time to plan a Christmas Video this year. It was hard squeezing in the Chocolate Balls video to be honest!
Hope the Balls make up for it though ;)
awesome David :) great looking balls lol
