All good fish! That drag peeling is the best sound in the world.
No cap💯‼️
That's tight! Nice fights with drag screaming 🎣 Hella redfish from the bayou 🤩
Thank bro 🤘🏾
Always heard about reds being in H town bayou. Congratulations!
They in there bro and thanks bro

Good CPR - Catch Photo Release ! Love me some reds. The fish are hardy and will pop up lots of unexpected places!

Good job brother! Sho preciate you showing me a good day on the water. Tight Lines
Appreciate you for watching bro🙏🏾
Man I drive a whole hour to go fish and you mean I can just go to the bayou. Nice
They in them bayous bro 😎
Just be careful out on the bayou brother. Almost had a gator take me because i wasnt paying attention. Just looking out for a brother. Stay Safe.
Already thanks man🙏🏾
Yes indeed...Be careful Bro
Gators out there ? What year was that ?
Buffalo bayou has gators so I’m sure they do
Don't block the gap on your circle hook with your bait you will have much better hookup ratio. Cool vids!
Thanks for the tip
Got my first redfish from a bayou just like that. I’m in southeast houston and we have some bayous that feed into clear lake. Those reds will be waaaay up there sometimes.
LOL, just got to the part where you are trying to hold that gar. Those are pure muscle and I’ve tried to the same thing…. It was frustrating but couldnt help but laugh
Yeah it’s crazy I heard the can live in fresh but can’t spawn and them gar can be heavy💯😂
Alredee...Nice video Bro.... I'm in the Htown as well... Keep up the good Content...
Appreciate it bro🙏🏾
That water can be brackish from the ship channel (buffalo bayou) it depends on the current or tides. They been catching reds there for years
Where that spot at
Where at in Houston???
Awesome video, what test are you using?
50-65lb braid bro
Sweet vid we should def hit up crystal beach to bull red fish and shark fish! I got a go pro 11 I was about to start making vids with and three surf set ups! Deadass I come down from Marshal and usually go alone with my dog 😂 just an offer... one surf pole is set up for BIG sharks but I just got it so I havent got to fish with that beauty yet😂😂
appreciate bro and I’ve hit crystal beach before sea weed was bad but I heard a dudes say it huge sharks there and that on my bucket list for this year‼️
@@TayStayFishing heck ya if its anything like last summer its going to be some fun! There were schools of bait fish all up and down the beach and the water was clear enough I could see the baby black tips swimming around eating them. Thats when I caught that Jack Crevalle on my pf pic. I got a setup you can use just lmk haha
I would have never believed a Red if not seeing it for myself. WoW.
I’ve caught a few on lures too
Love that sound man!! that's all we live for
That sound gives us anglers ptsd😂😂
@@TayStayFishing hahah for reals man!!
My favorite red fish😋😋 good catch bruh
Appreciate it bro🤟🏾
Just a good old screenshot and a Google Lens search and I got the address 😅 thanks bro. I’ll be try and get out very soon. And you get your new subscriber I stay in Spring Klein area.
Yeah it’s not to hard to find
Where is that at? That will work for me when I just want to get out for few hours without driving to Texas city or Galveston
💯💯💯
What size hooks are you using for the gar?
6/0 circle or 6/0 octopus
Great day of fishing right there!
I really didn’t want to leave
Oh yeah, I’ll be there next weekend 😅 if I wasn’t going to San Antonio tomorrow, I’ll be going then
Already
Nice!
Appreciate it bro!
How far inland are you to have reds swimming up that far?
Bro that 15 minutes from downtown if that
@@TayStayFishing that crazy!
What bayou is that?
Water is not brackish in downtown Houston. Red Fish and Flounder can survive in fresh water. Reds become sterile if they stay tool long.
Where this at downtown?
What kind of pole is that
Penn 7f squadron
Ok keep em coming 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Say less💯
how can i get tothis spot? where is it at
A Tru fisherman never tell his spot
I wouldn't say that. But when you tell everyone about the spot,, some people come and ruin it. They throw trash everywhere, make it to qhwre nobody can fish there
Right on💯‼️
Drop the location bro please lol I've been trying to find a good fishing spot in Houston for years
McG fishing❤
Thanks for watching
Where were you fishing
Downtown Houston bro
@@TayStayFishing thx !!
what area you in bro? nice vid
I’m off 288 but I fish all over
💯💯👌🏼
That's why you can't beat the the
bayou for inshore fishing.
Real talk💯
I know that bayou. But where do you park?
It parks close by just gotta walk
What bayou is that
I’ve tried fishing in buffalo bayou but I can’t catch a big gar for my life, just little two footers
Patience bro it rough some days
Can you eat fish out of the bayou?
Some people do me personally I don’t
Nice
Appreciate it💯
that's some biggins
Thanks 🙏🏾
You gotta get a net G
I have one lol just to much to carry 2 poles ,bait cooler, castnet ,backpack and sometimes 30-1hr walking sometimes I rather take a chance bro
@@TayStayFishing in that case, no need haha nice haul tho
@@Between_the_numbers appreciate bro 💯🤟🏾
Tay, what's your secrete bro. I fished this spot twice with no bites. 😂
Fish just find my hook bro😂
Fish just find my hook bro😂
Bro wtf is going on he legit pulled a redfish out of downtown Houston how is that even possible
I done caught a couple bro
Because redfish will go through brackish water to feed with no problem and can even survive in fresh water, they just can’t spawn in it apparently 🤷🏾♂️…
@@TooManyChoices1 yea I heard they cant but honestly it would be cool to catch a few out of some ponds in Houston like in Florida
