I have lived throughout India, and based on my experiences, I can say with certainty that Kerala is a genuinely blessed state in the country, with breathtaking natural beauty permeating every area. Each district in Kerala has something special to offer. The state offers a lot of excellent places to live in terms of infrastructure, business development, potential for future growth, and educational opportunities, among other factors. Finally, unlike the neighboring states, people are incredibly amiable and there is no language barrier.
I'm also north Indian but from last year living in kerala (Kochi)....good to see others like me living here...I really want to join north Indian community in kerala...

Else of late, there is always only negativity spread by rest of India, especially Hindi people and even some of Keralites themselves only spreads negativity about Kerala due to their vested interest or frustration of Kerala not following the same pattern like other states of India.

Thrissur is the cultural capital of Kerala where India's Ist Mosque and Church is located and it's the gold capital of India. Thrissur being in the geographical centre it's easier from here to travel towards both Northern & Southern districts of Kerala.

As a malayali I love the geography and place Kerala only thing I hate is humidity heat and excess rain,... But people in north especially Pahadis like in Uttarakhand Himachal are the best and my favourite is those two places more than here❤

Kerala is good in terms of friendly people, food, cheap and quality service, healthcare, least language barrier but job security, getting in to a job, start up, business, making money are considered as most difficult thing here. (I'm keralite and I'm suffering from it.)
Please visit naalambalam ( char dham ) in trissur where Temple of Ram, Lakshman, bharat and shatrungya is situated. This Triprayaar sree rama swamy temple is one of the oldest temple in Kerala which was recently visited by our PM

Your point about natural beauty of our country is so true. Unfortunately people of Kerala are migrating to West. Your mother is really sweet. Try Wayanad, Thekkady, Mullaperiyar dam built in 1800s by British. Also check out the history of these places like Thrissur, Kozhikode, Kollam.... traders used to come from Roman times, Jew Town in Kochi. Fortunately now there are authentic channels on YT about history of last 2000+ yrs. My family has lineage from last 600 yrs old like some other Tharavads ( ancestral joint family homes).
Visit the small town Irinjalakuda see beautiful koodalmanikyam temple and the vanchipura beach... Stay in Clay fingers resort about 10 km from Irinjalakuda. In Irinjalakuda you can eat in Venus restaurant. You can go to Haripuram canal wak on thecsnabund see sunset visit village Murigsn Temple
Best thing about kerala apart from scenery is that most people have their own house. Negatives are that central town areas do not look good and big companies and high pay jobs are few 😮

The No.1 thing I like in Kerala is the variety of snacks available like banana fry, which are not available in other states.
An health issue - Bakery & DEEP fry culture take away at least 5-10years from life expectancy of the state and cost high for govt. health system .
