I'm a S badge doctor, A badge Geisha, and i have been in elk rank for 3 years straight for doctor, and probs the other high tier for hunters like geisha idk what its called and i have been working my ass off for 3 years working on doctor just to get the badge and a extra 1 year for geisha I am so dissapointed, i mastered geisha and have met them before and i literally killed them and surrendered for the other two non hackers to win, im so glad i mastered all hunters incase of hackers, its really disgusting how NetShitsTheirselvesnotdoinganythingabouttheirgame Or as we call it Netease DO NOTHING Istg their like mechanics bots not knowing anything and have to be controlled like a baby like im really dissapointed about this i want to cry

Same thing happened to me before badges were even a thing. Went up against 4 gardeners, all 4 were using Chinese user names. A tip I learned from old players: if someone has an Asian user name, there’s a possibility they’re hacking if you’re in NAEU server (goes for any games tbh) anyways, only 1 out of the 4 gardeners was using speed hack. It was so obvious too. Like, Emma already gets a small speed boost when hit by a hunter, but the hacker i went up against in scared hospital went from the one side of the map way too quick after they were hit 💀 As someone who uses Emma, i knew something was off lol. IDV hackers are so embarrassing. Made it my goal to not let hacker Emma escape, and i was so glad I succeeded.

It’s because they need to make sure they themselves don’t lose a lot of pts. At tier V and above, there’s no safety pts given, such as lose streak bonus. A draw or loss can still earn you about 2-3 pts if you rescue with 100% decoding done or decode two ciphers as examples. The entomologist and merc were duos and the ento posted this match on her yt as well, look up S_O_L_A_R idv hackers. Throwing early game could get them registered by the system, if not reported by the hackers, and have them lose morality pts AND rank pts. In the end a loss will drop wr but can still earn you rank pts to level up (sub)tiers.
